I grew up playing hockey both with and against Trevor's father-- and we played on a junior team together. Looks exactly like his dad, who was an energy player and good. Very thrilled that a San Fernando Valley kid is playing in the NHL and on the Kings. More should be made of this fact.
The Simi Valley has a very good hockey program. One of my midget teams that I coached played in the league against their team, and I highly respected what they did there with the kids.
They hired a number of Russian Coaches at the time who did an excellent job with them. I remember they skated real well and we're winning everything in sight.
I like the home plate the best ! Less is more
Andre Lee could compete for a roster spot, he's a good skater, has solid skill and is really starting to utilize his frame, he played a heavy game in the playoffs for Ontario, if he can continue that he'll get a shot. Moore has a wicked shot, when picks a corner he can rip it, don't know if he scores 30 but 20/25 should be expected, but what makes him truly valuable is that he such a smart, defensively responsible player, a really good compliment to Danault
Moore’s best skill is opportunistic fast thinking to see open spots past the goalie into the net and sharpshooting into the net. Defense at times is weak or non-existent because he isn’t seeing the opposition setting up for shots, so he blows coverage. A positive is he seems durable to avoid injuries, not injury prone.
If he can reach 70 points or above, then he gets way more recognition and respect in hockey world.
Kings desperately need offensive players that reach at least 90-100 points because there are a whole lot of them with other teams in the 32 team NHL.

I think it would make sense to trade Moore. I don’t think he has a better season than he just had, and he’s 30 next year. His value is at his highest right now. The Kings are also not winning any time soon in my opinion. They aren’t “close” like management claims

As I recall, he was given a contract in the middle of the season right after a really sick shootout goal, so not sure why you're giving Blake credit for the good signing and then taking it away again that he couldn't have know.

Yeah, change yur logo. That will win you a playoff round. I like Moore to a certain extent, but he isn't a playoff guy. He is no Mr. Game 7. He is not a wear a letter guy. If he gets more than 20 next year, I will be shocked. He did a good job around the net finishing and surprising goalies. They were some skilled shots per se, but percentages wise, they may not go in as often as they would normally. Whatever is whatever. He is another soft player on a very soft team. If there were more gritty playere around then he would be more tolerable.
Trevor Moore isn’t that guy. He’s got everyone fooled thinking he’s good 🤦♂️
