You HR guys are the worst people. when a person from ur company wants to leave, you force him to give 3 months notice. And when u want to hire u want immediate joiners. When an employee talks about toxic culture you either ignore or sack that employee. All u do for employee well being is rangoli and Diya making on Diwali and never address real issues. And you are talking about upskilling? A guy who had to leave his job due to some family issues, has a gap in resume, you will never hire that person no matter how much upskilling he has done. And last but not the least, you don't even have the decency of rejecting a candidate with feedback, you just ghost upon them.

I didn't expect less
I received the mentioned average increment and a decent performance rating. However, I was also advised to explore other opportunities as my current role may not align with the organization's long-term goals. As a high achiever, this news was initially surprising and disappointing. However, I believe that every situation happens for a reason, and I am maintaining a positive outlook. I am actively seeking new opportunities in organizations that value and respect their employees.
