    Woow apparently your previous trust was good in terms of mentorship cause where I work the trust really doesn’t care.I was a new immigrant nurse who migrated in the heart of Covid yet no one supported me.I’m so disgusted with the NHS honestly can’t wait to leave!!!The pay package is crap and the working environment is so toxic.Not worth the stress if you ask me.Great video as always,keep up!

    • @beccabaetv
      @beccabaetv  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      To be honest the NHS itself is good but sometimes the departmental heads are not proactive and supportive to especially new staff. Mine case isn't as rosy as u think, I had to push things in my interest and today its paid off. If u ain't happy there, do an internal change of jobs, don't allow anyone to steal ur joy sis!!!
