    Oh my goodness. These paychecks makes me want to always be grateful for my pay in the u.s. as a CNA. I make that pay in 2 weeks compared to the NHS stub. 😪 thank you for your humility and gratitude

    How come your income tax wasn't at 40% considering that your salary was over $4100? What's the maximum amount I can earn without crossing over into the 40% tax bracket? Thank you and love your videos! I am hoping to come over to the UK in a months time as a care worker.

    Hi Becca I'm a registered nurse coming to the UK to work with the NHS I have already signed the NHS contact but I want to work in a care home.     Nurses in the UK paid a lot lower than nurses in Australia 😰

      If its a regular job u are paid monthly but if its agency or bank u can get weekly. As the the salary its lower than Australia honestly

      The minimum period for usually stated in ur contract as it varies from organisations and trusts.
      I have done a video on good care home companies and they all have branches in London

      I had a hard time working in a care home as my other job whilst working for nhs and i cannot avoid comparing their systems, of course i know it is very different from one another, one was medication rounds. 11 am i was still doing the morning meds, in that care home, coz they told me i cannot wake the residents up. I need to wait for them to wake up, to give their tablets. 😮but i know every care home has different system. Sadly, but pleased that i gave up the care home😂😂😂.

      If it says u can't do agency then u can't, but maybe u can do a second part time time/bank. Please ask your employer for clarification

    There is no limit hours to work on your second job if you are nurse or doctor. If you want to work more than 20hrs on your second job, you will request COS and update your Visa.
    Your Visa will then have two Sponsorship.
    Please do your research and diligence

    Hi Becca I’m a Nurse in Saudi Arabia aspiring to work in NHS,I have 7 years hospital experience will the NHS count my experience outside the UK?

      They do not count your years of experience but experience is important. If you are an overseas to work in UK, you will be under supervision/mentorship for months ( with nhs) until u get uk nursing registration, once u got it, you will start from the bottom of band 5. Every year theres increase in your salary, till u get to the top band 5.
