I am a qualified nurse and have passed OET. I contacted a company that is dealing with care homes. (Unfortunately, due to a red-list country, couldn't get a job in any trust). They told me, could be I have to return my all charges like osce, cbt, oet, and flight ticket with a monthly deduction from my salary. Is it true?

There's private pension u can join if u like but most u are enrolled automatically. For maternity pay I know u only get the SMP cus most private employers may not give u the maternity pay like nhs

Hi i’m back again, i watched the trac jobs application video and you made mention of a decision letter which actually my first time hearing it. Would like to know what it entails and how to obtain it. Also you talked about the fact that when applying for a job we should choose the tier 2 sponsorship something, is it the same as ‘i do not have visa or the right to work in the UK’ cos I actually get confused when I’m applying for job on the site. Would be very grateful if you could help me out, thanks
Decision letter/OSCE invitation is want nmc uk gives u when they have accepted ur application and inviting u into UK. And when applying for the job chose tier 2 sponsorship and select that u don't have the right to work in UK and will require sponsorship

Again, about the gaps, i stayed home for a year after my rotation before I was posted by the government to a permanent hospital. U can either work as a carer in nursing home or work in private hospital, public hospital or community midwifery as a midwifery

Can I get Tier 2 sponsorship as "Front of the House" by working from a Nursing Home. I have received an offer letter from an Nursing Home and they said they might help in future in Tier 2. Visa
, but I am not sure dose the law allows them to do so as they are hiring me as "From of the House" position.
