If i hadn't gone back there to defend myself, they would have ended my nursing carer prematurely!! Some people we call colleagues, its only heaven that will save us 😢 WE ARE SURVIVOR'S, STILL SURVIVING 🫶🤜🤲🤝🙏

  • @Daakie9362

Eiii this broad is not for the weak . May God grant us good colleagues and a wonderful work place

  • @beccabaetv

Some comments that certain nurses in UK come under my videos to write, convinces me that they have a wassup group 😂😂May we never work with them ever. Amen 🙏🙏🙏

  • @margaretantaimd2929

    So sorry about your experience.

  • @beccabaetv

Always remember "if you go somewhere and they don't like you, dont walk out RUN"🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ before you lose your pin 💯

  • @Chainbreak2023

Is always the case for us and our people. They lie a lot on us.

  • @ruthy3553

My dear sister what we go through in the UK working with evil people..... I've been here 18 years working with the NHS too and some people are just so wicked.

  • @Mary_Osei_Yeboah

I will advice everyone to join a union as well..

  • @bridgetnjungu404

    You are really strong ❤

I love and respect your opinion about people. Seeing things yourself is the best approach to getting to know people around you , not judging others based on what others think or say . Please keep that attitude ❤. Well done. May Jehovah God continue to protect us from the evil ones.

Exactly with me too, people telling me, some one character/ behaviour. I rather study them and act on my own intiution.👏👏👏good job. Even you are old in the job they can still intimate you. 2 to 3 staff that provoke& intimated me were about to be sack, but is my decision to go. One of them apologised & I asked why apologised. If you see them now you will be sorry for them.

As a former nurse of over 10 years in the NHS and agency. I will say nursing is not for beginners, especially agency nursing. I was taught this phrase "if it was not written it did not happen " always update your nursing notes . During handovers on each shifts I would write the names of the nurses and their pin number who I took handover from and write would they handed over to me . Then I would write what I observed and do my bedside checks and nursing assessment. Because when they give you that vibe that they dibt like you, they do that it's sad.

Mmmmh. Let me tell you experience will teach you. I have been a nurse in the United States for 20 years. Never ever trust another nurse on the Unit. Document document. Escalate escalate.

  • @eunicemendes2363

Definitely. May the GOD of Justice and Righteousness Protects all NHS staff patients families visitors from all sort of evil and wickedness 🙏🏿😇

  • @zokysdiaries6395

Somebody help me. I’ve worked in my new trust for less than 2 months and I’ve been reported 3 times.

  • @welcome_home_

It’s cases like these that make me appreciate the CCTV in my company! May God help us! Glad you were ok

  • @priestlyintercession8863

Things like this is so scary, when you work with people and they are hostile towards you. That was how my girlfriend who was a care assistant and wanted to go and study Nursing just changed her mind after working in the hospital 😢

  • @Arkansaw22

Pls do a video of what one should do as an agency nurse when they go through your similar experience so we are forearmed. Very helpful video

  • @manuelaberthier5291

    One very important point missed...DOCUMENTATION!!!!
