    /I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future!     So after your OSCE u have to get all these things signed off...how long did it take to get them signed off . It just one singing off you need per procedure. What happens after a sign off are you free to do those procedure on your own

      Each procedure has what it requires to get it signed off but once u are signed off u can do them on your own without supervision

      U should have indefinite leave to remain or British citizenship to be ful time agency. But u can do part time agency whiles on resident permit

    Firstly as a Chelsea fan that Kurt zouma gif cracked me up @ 5:40 😂😂😂 secondly, I’m studying to be a Nurse, specialising in Peadiatrics, and I really wanted to work as part of a paediatric team in A&E, however, I currently work in a nursing home and the money the agency nurses are earning is ridiculous, I saw one guy pull up in a G wagon, been working for agencies for years and he told me he earns about £60,000 a year, as much as I never got into nursing for the money, the money you could earn is very tempting and I think for a few years at least once I’ve qualified I’ll be working for agencies.

      Yes u can still do agency, and with ur experience u can bargain and get a very high rate if u lucky, and depending on ur location

    As a patient in a hospital I have experienced nurses falling asleep at their station. Patient care is priority not second jobs!

      Nurses are entitled to breaks paid or unpaid during work, and other colleagues cover the ward when the other is on break. If a nurse decides to nap during the break its up to them. That doesn't affect patients care!! Thanks for watching 😚
