- We met with Dee and Julia at Capitol Seafood in Monterey Park and truly ate Chinese cuisine. Julia, from Kansas, has never had dim sum, so her first experience was filled with lots of flavors, some surprises, and, we have to admit, some chicken feet.

Right? Is she the only Asian person living in Kansas? If I held chopsticks like that even at 5 years old, I would be meeting a broom stick or a metal coat hanger before the food reached my mouth.
