Now Robert Dobbelaer mentioned in this comments section, that a QN90B he's viewed, has serious blooming as it's watched from angles that are well away from a viewer being directly in front of it. Ugh yeah that's annoying. I can turn off the lights that have direct glares... but the lights I shouldn't be seeing like a far away window just puts a crooked rainbow line through the screen. Rip
HEY KG. Is there any 85” tv WITHOUT the anti glare filter ???? So the colors seem nicer. From Samsung I mean? Or do they all have it at that size??
It’s not the anti glare causing if it’s the ultra wide filter needed for VA panels viewing angles. 85” qn90c will be ADS this year so that would be the one that fits that criteria
@@TechWithKG and those tend to have better color right. A tad ?
Man I was so excited to buy the QN90B but I had to return it because I could see the mini LED's when viewing content on lighter backgrounds. Not sure what to buy now when I finally got my refund from Amazon.
What choices are you thinking?
@@TechWithKG I can get a pretty good deal on an open box Sony A90K, I'd love to know your thoughts on that. As far as I know the only difference between the A90K and A80K are the sizes. I'm also considering the LG B2 as far as OLED"s go. Thought about the 48" C2 but I'm confused about that lol. Also I am considering the U8H, R646 and X90K. Everything I run will be through my PS5.
It seems like the A80J has some kind of a green tint look to it compared to the S95B. Is that just the camera?
Yeah just the camera. Same reason why the S95B has a reddish tint.
You and every other major reviewer ignored the A80K lol.. did zero comparisons to the C2, also I feel everyone did multiple C2 vids.. But as someone who has a 55 A80K and wants to upgrade to a 65 Master Series.. The A90J, A95K and soon the A95 L will all be out there. My reasons for the 90J obviously price point and still seems like it’s better then an 80. 95K and 95L pricier obviously and Ofcourse QD. What you think makes sense among the 3?
Yeah it was the timing for me I couldn’t fit it in but I should of after all the other TVs released but at that time it felt too late and I thought since it’s so similar to the A80J which I own I didn’t think it be much different based on everything I have heard about it from people who have seen both.
@@TechWithKG haha no worries.. I just went and watched your 80J and 90J video.. which makes me think at 2199 for a 65 would be a worthy upgrade of my 55 80K. Save me 400 over a 95K and probably what 1500 less then a 95L until Black Friday lol..
@@westibbs yeah I saw that.. but since no one noteable really reviewed an a80K. RTINGS basically said the A80K is just a dimmer A80J and everyone at the time said the 90J was brighter and better then the 80J. So who knows? Sounds like I’m gonna have to go 95K or 95 L for Master Series route.. I like the 80K but RTINGS kind of nailed it on it being DIM. I mean the only other 2 tvs I’d consider over those 3 Master Series I mentioned are a C3 or G3..
@@westibbs is that why C2s on every review I see just look a little bit brighter and poppier for gaming then my 80K lol
@@westibbs my biggest thing with wanting to stick with a Sony is that I like how PS5 looks on my 80k and even 90J and I like the Google TV UI and ease of use with the settings menu on Sony tvs. But I’m not gonna lie the G3 has me intrigued lol.. only negative to that is I’d have to buy a stand.. This tv thing is getting expensive lol.. I bought an X90J last year and an A80K this year lol.. If I had to put it like this 90J is good above average Atleast as far as LEDs go… 80K really good.. It’s like I’m ok with the 90J, Really like the 80K but I’m not quite like wow this is the tv I want and won’t upgrade for 5-6 years lol.. It’s bad. All the tv videos and reviews don’t help 😂.. but hey I guess there’s worst rabbit holes to be down then the tv one..
qn90b looks better
Best gaming TV.. longevity advantage is unquestionable.. no ABL no burn in
How about the A90j?
Depends some people can get good deals on it if that’s the case it’s still a solid TV.
I need the g3 55 for my pc gaming setup lol
Thank you.
Really should have show them 2 on top 2 on bottom side-by-side. At an angle can NEVER be trusted.
Noted for future comparisons. Thanks for the feedback.
Samsung mim-LED tv's are terrible and actually have worse black levels than the 4-5 year old Q8FN. This is not a subjective statement.
Thanks
I'd skipo any Samsung, they all have QC issues, LG G3 is my choice for being the best of 2023
Overblown. If you get a bad model just exchange it. QD OLED obviously whoops everything else lol
@@tommymeehan2694 Sorry, but Samsung killed my TV with an update, and I had over the last year every Samsung appliance failed, Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, TV, sorry, never going that way again, plus LG has the best burn-in protection, look over a rtings page. Samsungs will get updates to lower their brightness down because they are burning screens to sell tv's with first impacts.
@@tommymeehan2694 In my country you cannot buy tv officially, so you can't exchange it. You will literally buy s95b to use it for 3-5 month and then buy another one.
G3 won't claim First, but I'd say between G3 and the S95C it's gonna be extremely tight at the shootout, with both their strengths and weaknesses.
@@jasonstatham483 then buy Samsung QN 90B mini LED TV and you are perfectly fine for next 7 years
