I'm okay with this reveal but I'll be more excited when Nintendo shows us some new games. Two things I want from the Switch 2 is more horsepower for better framerate and backwards compatibility so I can play my Switch 1 games - it looks like they will deliver here. Another thing I want but knew they wouldn't do is a non-handheld version of the console. I know I'm in the minority here but I only play in docked mode - holding the Switch hurts my hands and I want to see my games on a big screen. Also Ryan, I am quite sure we are seeing Mario Kart 9 in the brief clip in the reveal. I'm sure I will get one at some point, I can't resist Nintendo games!
@@willford81 I’m with you. With all the crap I give Nintendo, I will end up getting one at some point. Once they release a new Zelda, you just can’t resist. I want this thing to be a hit, but I just don’t see much of an improvement from this reveal that would justify me buying it on day one.
@ThisPodcastTakesTokens That's fair. What do you think about the mouse function the joy cons seem to have now. I was wondering if you guys noticed that. I'm curious what kind of games N has in mind for that. Mario Paint Switch?
@ I’m guessing we didn’t see that. Yes! Mario Paint 2! You know Nintendo will have some gimmick for it.
