  • Crossfit workouts have been making me very passionate lately. But this time I want to go further. In fact, there are also Hero WODs, i.e. hero workouts.
    This is the Zachary Tellier, a seemingly simple Hero workout, as it does not involve the use of overloads. These are 5 circuits in which an exercise is added to each circuit.
    Is formed from:
    10 burpees
    10 burpees
    25 push-ups
    10 burpees
    25 push-ups
    50 extensions
    10 burpees
    25 push-ups
    50 extensions
    100 sit-ups
    10 burpees
    25 push-ups
    50 extensions
    100 sit-ups
    150 squats
