Escape velocity isn't required to go to space. Escape velocity is the minimum velocity required to be no longer bound to earths gravity in other words if you have such speed you can infinitely go far away from earth and it will never be able to pull you back with it's gravity.
"A-Train’s top confirmed running speed in season 1, juiced to the gills with Compound V, is just over Mach 1 (~830 mph), during his race with Shockwave Same season, the Boys’ surveillance camera picks up Homelander flying in a search pattern (before he confronts Frenchie in the van), and the screen shows he is moving at around Mach 2 (~1522 mph)"
this is wrong, homelander is mach 25 roughly, he managed to save billy butcher and the baby from the explosion that happened within meters from them. the expolsive in question was C4, RDX to be exact with a detonation velocity of 8850 m/s. mach 25, pushing mach 26
@@tamidobi856 Homelander, in comics, he's the most perfect hero Vought has created, so there's no one like him In the series this doesn't change, and someone in the comments has already answered the speed at which the two run and Homelander is faster
Running Speed? A-train. We only saw Homelander's running speed in Diabolical and he is pretty damn fast, but not as fast as A-train as people kinda saw him move. A-train statues people with his running speed. Overall speed? Homelander's flying speed is waaaaay faster than A-train. If this guy's not caping, Homelander is faster, as he can fly at Mach 33, while A-train can barely run a little quicker than mach 1. That's just Homelander's travel speed I guess, because his combat speed is human level and his reaction speed is actually good because he saved Butcher and Stillwell's baby from that C4 detonation.
@@1Darth_Vader1 this is true, that C4 detonation was happening at mach 25.8, and he managed to save butcher and the baby so homelander in the series is at least mach 25 but he clearly didnt push himself so he is most likely a lot faster. guess we just have to see

How fast is homelander?

So how fast is a train?
Prolly like a train

Hes probably fast
Like, really really fast, or just kinda fast?
@@EinLienZ He's fast as ebola. So pretty fat and really fast
Homelander in the comics is the peak hero that Vought created, being the best of all
So in the series, I think it should be no different
great explanation
Who's faster then:
Homelander or A-Train?

Faster you can get atrain to mach 80
i swear to god if this is because of that twitter thread
What was the Twitter thread about?
