Thank you, Dr. Li, for the insightful information! Here’s what I’ve gathered from the video:
(00:00) Eating kiwi can improve gut bacteria in just one day, benefiting overall health.
(00:32) Fermented foods like yogurt and kimchi are great for enhancing the microbiome.
(01:01) Dr. Li explains how microbiome affects immune response in cancer treatments, using Jimmy Carter’s case as an example.
(03:15) Foods like pomegranate and broccoli help activate the immune system and support cancer treatment.
(05:27) The video links psoriasis with higher COVID-19 risks, emphasizing the need for a strong immune system.
(22:49) Soy and tomatoes help prevent tumor blood vessel growth, reducing cancer recurrence risk.
(28:49) Dr. Li explains how food supports blood vessel regeneration and overall healing.
Great takeaways for improving health and strengthening immunity!

I completely changed my diet six months ago based on nationally recommended guidelines, but it only made my health worse. It wasn’t until I read 'The 23 Former Doctor Truths' that I realized doing the opposite of what the government advises can actually make a difference. No wonder the doctor who wrote it left their career-speaking the truth often challenges the system!

    Dear Dr. Li,
my mother suffers from lung cancer (sclc, IV, Metastasen Nebennierenrinde links). She's 73 years old. During the last nine month she was treated by chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiation therapy.
Her physical condition altogether is good.
I really adore your knowledge about healthy nutrition in relation to cancer.
My mother loves her life. She and my father worked hard to enable my sister and me studying.
Which book, essay or TH-cam-video may give best answers to the question: How can nourishment improve the chance not to die from this very aggressive kind of cancer? What should she prefer to eat, in order to be as successful as your own mother?
Kindest regards and thank you so much!

Thank you. My son and I don’t do immunizations he’s in his 20’s and me in my 60’s. We both got COVID and here’s how it went… We both used activated quercitin religiously and ate very lightly. Asthma nebulizer with albuterol as prescribed with warmth and rest in bed. I think one of the other things that helped was not eating more than 600 calories in a day. Broth, sou, tea and clear liquids like jello. Garlic cloves and ginger.
We did nasal irrigations as well.
We both were over it in 5 days on the dot. Dry cough Asthma continued for a couple weeks but not bad. This was early on with the delta variant. I get sick from immunizations.

Hi ..I’m 70 .. still haven’t had COVID ..no common cold ..or flu or any 24 hour virus since 2003 …and back then …it was an isolated incident ..so 22 years …
However I have never been on ANY antibiotics that I can remember in my ADULT LIFE .. I have only had my childhood “injections” …so last one would have been in 1970 ( born 1955 ) …but the reason I am writing this .. “is” ..my diet is totally opposite of a vegetarian.. I am a LOVING PROTEIN eater who has a green smoothie for breakfast ..a “JUICER -meal” for lunch ..and a mainly protein meal for supper …I do believe in food “synergy” … meaning I have to add an oil to my juicer meal to enhance the absorption of some of the vegetables ..
I also was a nurse for the first half of my life but then changed professions and became a landscape designer for the second have ..which gave me the opportunity to work OUTSIDE for 20 years …and I believe VITAMIN D (sunshine) is VERY KEY to good health ..I worked with 7 men …and NONE OF US lost an HOUR of work due to sickness in the 20 years I was THERE .. 😳🤔♥️
Plus …our job was FUN .. we laughed .. we joked… we were grateful to the clients who loved our work and told OTHER CLIENTS … IT.WAS. A.BLESSING. to have been such a part of this FABULOUS TEAM …and NOW I am retired and feed 23 feral cats that have and ARE “controlling” my LIFE 🙄😂🩷🇨🇦

EDIT: " In one review of the scientific literature, researchers concluded that all of the studies reported positive effects of pomegranate juice or extract on osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. The results were promising; however, more studies, and studies that look at the effects in humans, are needed.
      Other Uses
Preliminary studies show that dietary pomegranate produces brain anti-inflammatory effects that may help stall the progression of Alzheimer Disease. Other studies suggest drinking 8 ounces of pomegranate juice daily helps improve performance in tasks related to learning and memory. Pomegranate also has antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory effects in the gastrointestinal tract."
I was wondering about it as well. I sometimes find fresh whole pomegranates, but the 100% juice bottle (no sugar, no preservatives) is way more easy to access.

I have severe osteoarthritis related to lax joints - born that way. Had knees dislocating all childhood, no one knew until I fell down stairs, completely dislocated my patella. Had 3 horrible childhood surgeries. Have had additional 5 knee surgeries as adult. Have lax joints pretty much in a lot of other areas - worked as RN x 35 years but sadly had to stop 2 years ago because pain too severe. I know inflammation plays a big part of problems. How bad is ibuprofen and celebrex on my system? Been on these for decades. Yes I do pain management. Yes I’m on other drugs as you’d imagine. No it doesn’t really help a lot of the time.
I went through late menopause - age 61 and put on weight which I’ve now lost again. Had other symptoms - depression, sleep disturbances, worsening pain. Finally put myself back keto and IF. Added ozempic. Over 8 months lost 45 pounds and I’m almost done with weight loss.
Suggestions? And of course none of this will be taken as medical advice.

I'm a Dr Li follower, and I am totally amazed at the extent of HIS knowledge abt our bodies and HIS lists of foods tht could potentially support and heal different conditions.
However, learning tht there is a treatment for 'cancer' tht could be a game changer (Immunotherapy) was enlightening. But, after a bit of investigating, I discovered tht the expense for tht treatment, is beyond wht *MOST* folks can afford.
    Tht was extremely disappointing.

Thank you for your all presentations. I follow your channel often. Here is some of my suggestion since I am a statistician. And to analyze data accurately is so important for your research conclusion.
So here is my thoughts for the chart plot at 32:55 time. I think it is not convincible.
    (1) there are only 13 data points, not 25 data points as your chart indicated, which is not enough to assume/qualify to use linear regression method, even with 25 observations because in order to use linear regression, the assumption is their MEAN distribution are normal distribution. So, the # of observations should be more than 30 at least.
    (2) From your date plot, it is obvious most points are clustered in one group between 10-40 and 0-60. And there two outliers--80 and 210. This two have very high weight of leverages to the results in your liner regression, which can lead inaccurate results. Sometimes can be wrong results.
    (3) The data >80(stem cell level) may be able to shape another cluster if you have convincible amount of data. That means SEVERITY of burn, different of cluster, i.e. different regression.
    (4) Based on my understanding, the "Total Body Surface Burn" is the independent variable, and the result is the Stem Cell Level that measured by the hospital, under the body recovering reaction time period. If I am right, the X-axis and Y-axis should be switch.

Obviously the gmo modified seeds are able to survive after being sprayed with glyphosates as intened. The glyphosates are poisonous.
