So I finally realized what it is that sets Enes and Mikey apart from other people touring homes on TH-cam. Enes is just so knowledgeable with every detail of the home and not only that but they really allow you to observe the detail and really appreciate it. Unlike others that just stroll quickly through the home. Good job guys!
What I like about Enes is although he has a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of these homes he still manages to keep everything light hearted and fun with his tours. He and Mikey are the best in the game!

I’m not feeling this one. I’m not getting that feeling of luxury and comfort. It’s just big, square, open and rather plain rooms with random layouts and features like a chair and TV next to the stairs and landing. The walk in closet looks like a school and the shower looks like a gym shower. It’s way too industrial. I get that that’s the point but $50 million for that?

Oh boy I can't wait for you to tour 'The One'. Producer Michael has already done it, but felt they were rushed by the developer and only went over the most impressive aspects. Fully expect to see you do the usual professional tour. But I have a feeling it's going to be longer than an hour but I am all for it!!!!!
The One is a mixture of entertainment center and hotel, and the design is already partly outdated - no wonder if it takes 10 years to build. The One has some cool features, but basically it's a pointless juxtaposition of loads of concrete walls and lavish waterfeatures. Perhaps the impression will be better when the work is finished and the project is over. I don't think anyone will ever live in this megamansion - maybe in the guest house, which is the most appealing. I wish The One the best as a post-Covid event location - it would probably make more sense to demolish the monster and use the space sensibly.
Saw this house on Million Dollar Listing last season. The Lot is amazing, the house looks like it was designed by Ikea. Great tour as always Enes.. just be thankful you're not the selling agent lol.
Totally agree. This box of a home is laughable. From the finishings of the bathrooms and entire staging. Tracy’s home in Brentwood looked more elevated than this. That $46 million price tag 🤣😂. Investors should completely stay away from this money pit. Watching this again just paint the whole building blue. Drop the IKEA sign out front and people will definitely come…. For the meatballs and ice cream cone. Stay awhile and enjoy the view. One way to recoup investor loss.

Exactly how I feel. Like, I like that it's spacious but it feels so perfectly open as a movie set for a film crew to manoeuvre around in. The seating area in the wine room and cigar/lounge area beside it also felt weirdly un-inviting (though I understand wanting some privacy from an overly open main floor that affords no privacy). It only felt warm enough when the lights came on at dusk. Other than that, the feel of the hose was so off. Felt creepy at some points.
This home is so different in the way it was laid out an the different finishing they use with the barn doors, explosed beans ect. I will admit I had mix feelings at first but in the end I loved this home. When you get a feeling of comfort an peace walking through you know it is home.

I love this design. The beams and the wooden floor carpet make this a very "homely" modern home. I am not a fan of luxury homes with all marble and glass even if it looks stylish. This manages be fresh yet comfortable.

This house is masterfully designed. That being said, no one buys a home in Malibu for "ocean views". For $50 million I'd expect it to be ON the beach not overlooking the beach, and I'd also expect the sliding doors to be automatic.
You mean on the beach where people come and stare? For 50M I would expect the privacy this house offers. You are not going to leave the 50M house via the back gate in your swimsuit and towel around your neck anyway.

I agree! I've watched several of these videos and I always think they look like office buildings. I appreciate the attention paid to appliances and such, the best of the best and all. But there is no warmth, IMO. A lot of uniform boxy black or white in stacked boxes of the same.
I like glass box contemporaries as much as the next guy, but the design of this is so blah. The windows look like an office building, and the dark brown color of the decking is undynamic.

I can only assume that the developer insisted that you refer to him as "legendary". lol. To be honest, this place is simply not on the level of other homes in this price range. Many design choices are just plain bad. I see there have been multiple price cuts since 2018. Still overpriced.
The colors of everything in and outside the home. Works really well with the environment. Gives a beach and mountain climbing vib. The design is mostly simplified to give more focus to environment.

You should definitely walk with no shoes inside a house more often. It's super comfortable knowing that we won't be bringing germs and dirts inside with our shoes.
Aesthetically, for almost $50M, a grouping of boxes?? Not even a divine location could mitigate this. He's shown a mini castle in CO mtns that shames this for $12M. No comparison...
the location have a big effect on those houses prices the $12M is in the middle of the forest, took 1 hour from the nearest City ,the construction isn't finished yet and have been in the market forever while this one have a strategic area in the middle of city

I'm not even done with the video and it's been a minute i'Ve commented on ur videos but this is by far one of the most fair priced homes you've toured, given all of the features of the home and location. the high walls/ceilings, extremely long driveway, incredible views that give an even bigger impression of amplitude makes this home gorgeous.This is so beautiful and thank you for sharing such incredible content

I love this design. The beams and the wooden floor carpet make this a very "homely" modern home. I am not a fan of luxury homes with all marble and glass even if it looks stylish. This manages be fresh yet comfortable.
No offense, but I think you meant to say "Homey". Homely means "unattractive" or "plain". Its generally considered a negative word.

I've watched a lot of luxurious property tours on youtube in the last few years and I have to say that this is the only time a property has hit a 100% for me. Usually there is always something that I didn't like, even a little bit, but here....wow.... my dream home. Thanks for the tour, Enes.
Yeah me too, but in my case I have the problem to focus on the simetry of the houses and most of times I end up dissapointing.

This house is masterfully designed. That being said, no one buys a home in Malibu for "ocean views". For $50 million I'd expect it to be ON the beach not overlooking the beach, and I'd also expect the sliding doors to be automatic.

I agree! I've watched several of these videos and I always think they look like office buildings. I appreciate the attention paid to appliances and such, the best of the best and all. But there is no warmth, IMO. A lot of uniform boxy black or white in stacked boxes of the same.
I like glass box contemporaries as much as the next guy, but the design of this is so blah. The windows look like an office building, and the dark brown color of the decking is undynamic.
It needs plants and some color! The staging is really bad.

I’m not sure which I liked more, the canyon or ocean views. You get the best of both worlds with this home.

I love all the teak elements in the house, it feels very warm and earthy not cold and sterile like some other modern homes.
I can only assume that the developer insisted that you refer to him as "legendary". lol. To be honest, this place is simply not on the level of other homes in this price range. Many design choices are just plain bad. I see there have been multiple price cuts since 2018. Still overpriced.

The colors of everything in and outside the home. Works really well with the environment. Gives a beach and mountain climbing vib. The design is mostly simplified to give more focus to environment.

You should definitely walk with no shoes inside a house more often. It's super comfortable knowing that we won't be bringing germs and dirts inside with our shoes.

The best part of this house is the pool and view and the huge windows to see them from.
Aesthetically, for almost $50M, a grouping of boxes?? Not even a divine location could mitigate this. He's shown a mini castle in CO mtns that shames this for $12M. No comparison...
the location have a big effect on those houses prices the $12M is in the middle of the forest, took 1 hour from the nearest City ,the construction isn't finished yet and have been in the market forever while this one have a strategic area in the middle of city

I’m assuming the price is mostly because of the view, location and size rather than the design because the inside feels just a bit (lazy?)
