Actually, there is a lot I would improve on his story. Not to say @Enes Yilmazer is doing a bad job, but I feel that HE feels that because of the sheer price and abundance of 'nice' he cannot stop using modifiers like 'awesome', 'beautiful' and so on WAY too often. Which a house like this, especially when you are taking the time, let the effect of the design, view and functionality speak for itself and don't try to put extra focus on it - it's really not needed. Instead, spend more time on actually and factually describing the piece or design without the aforementioned adjectives. If you subdue your vocal 'presence' just enough, you allow for more though process on the customer (or in this case, viewer)'s side to actually take in what you are showing them instead of being bombarded with emphasis on how nice it all is. I'm based in Europe so it might be too far away, but I'm able to provide coaching :-).
I absolutely agree with those who observed how much this stunning work of art manages to also look like a warm, comfortable, usable HOME. So often, that is not the case. A beautiful job by all involved in every aspect of the design, and a great video. Thank you!

@@CampfireHeadphase No, my check is not pathetic. It's a pity who buys it for 55 million American presidents. What is unique in this house besides glass and concrete? In a small country, this money can be used to build a whole city block.
@@__-gn5tb For a $54m house, i'm sure whoever buys it would be spending "pocket money" to fix these minor issues or even do small renovations to fit their style. Besides if someone lives here i'm sure they're not gonna analyse every square metre for faults. Also people with in this income bracket tend to buy a house that suits their lifestyle and design choices rather than property size alone, and this one is clearly designed for specific clientele.

*Miscellaneous trivia:* When lifting up the fireplace screen which has the counterweights on the sides, you don't have to pull on the actual counterweights. Instead, you lift up on the screen itself just like would open a window. Older casement windows have the same type of weights inside the window frame (on one or both sides, just like this fireplace) - so when you open an older window (and the counterweights inside help the window go up) you are doing the exact same thing as lifting the fireplace screen here.
Props to doing this house before Architectural Digest! I honestly felt you guys did a better job - congrats on 1M and great work as always Enes, Mikey, and team!
Wow, I don't usually like modern houses but this is absolutely amazing!! Credit to the architect and original owners who have clearly worked well together! Inspiring! 🙂
Around 2005 I was one of the first to create videos and put them on TH-cam. Most of the other realtors only had very bad photos of their properties. 😉 I went from Lancaster, Santa Clarita, Westlake Village, Malibu and parts of L.A. Such fun! Also commercial properties. We held meetings to teach other realtors. Then everything fell in 2008. But that was the time realtors realized they could help sell properties by putting them online. I’m enjoying your videos!
I've watched most of the videos on your channel, and honestly was initially put off by this house because I usually don't like homes that are too modern. After seeing your recent snowy home tour in Vail on the other channel, you mentioned this house being your fave in LA, so finally, a year later (I've been watching for two years) I finally came back to watch. This home is incredible. I do feel it's a bit masculine but within that context, this house ticks just about every box I can think of. I'm also a huge racing enthusiast so this house is freaking chef's kiss. Incredible. Honestly if there were some additional plants in the home I think I'd be set for life.

I think he said today you don't need any bc the house is so exciting that he's naturally energized, not so much about the owner having money so he doesn't need canfine
Stunning house, stunning views, apex in architecture. Absolute perfection. But one has to ask, just how much house does a person need. How much of anything does a person need. The catch word here is "need" not "want". Some people have so much money they really don't know what to do with it. I guess if you got it, enjoy it. This is the first and last opulent real estate video I will watch. It saddens me to see so much wealth in one place for one person while 65 mil could feed a lot of starving people, shelter a lot of homeless people and protect so many at risk youth. And, please everyone, no hate comments to me. I'm a simple person with a home in Florida that cost less than his work out equipment.
Amen to that. Even some really successful people couldnt afford that, just some scummy greedy multi millionaires. Definetly takes alot of the charm away from such a nice thing.
I look at this differently. I think of all the people employed to build this home. They need the work so they can feed their families, house, clothe and educate their children. Then the taxes paid every year go to the county and state which funds their programs to help the under privileged. Building houses do a lot more than giving one person and his family a home. .

You two do such a great job at these tours. I love the way you feed off each other with pointing out all of the special details of the property.

wow happy to hear that! hope you enjoy!
The way you try to explain each detail, with minimum words, yet meticulously pointing out everything, is amazing. Combined with your next-level editing, and an outstanding home, this is one the best vidoes in your channel. Keep up the amazing work💚👍
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Thank you for the kind words! Truly appreciate it!
i am quickly becoming a fan of your channel. great content. i must agree, this is also my favourite i have seen so far. my jaw was literally open during the whole tour. amazing. this is also the first property that feels 'cozey' and has that welcoming feeling to it. congrats to everyone who was involved in building this absolute beast of a property. how long do you guys get to film at each location/ just one day?
Thank you! So glad you're enjoying the channel! Filming time varies, usually one or multiple days depending on the property's size and complexity.

Out of all these multi-million dollar houses. This one actually looks kinda cosy/home like.
Yea it's clear that this home is someone's primary estate for actual living, not just some showoff/weekend piece to invite people over on occasion. Man actually put thought into long-term livability and mood.
2:29 Do you think this is a well-laid tile? There, at the junction of the plates, the material from which it is made even sticks out. It looks bad. Just do not write that this is a design element like that.
20:02 a piece of plaster has fallen off on the support post /A piece of plaster has fallen off on the bearing pillar If this is also a design, then I'm just wondering what it costs $ 50,000,000 if only about $ 1 600,000 was spent on concrete
20:36 In the bathroom, it is clearly visible in good light that the tile is recessed in the center and does not go flat. It looks so crooked and not of high quality. How much did the tiler pay?
@@__-gn5tb lol your scrutiny is pathetic
Ya these videos keep getting better and better. Enes is the only presenter I know who shows such lavish luxury in a relaxed unpretentious way and the music/video editing at the end nighttime part were super dialed in.

It is amazing that LA has homes this expensive while also having the highest amount of homeless people.
It is amazing that so many homeless people are still in L.A even though they know they can't afford to live there

This is incredible! I love your videos Enes, thanks for making it.
Very well spoken!
@@bishplease9585 roll out the cliche thanks
th-cam.com/video/kpgYr0YcO9Q/w-d-xo.html
I look at this differently. I think of all the people employed to build this home. They need the work so they can feed their families, house, clothe and educate their children. Then the taxes paid every year go to the county and state which funds their programs to help the under privileged. Building houses do a lot more than giving one person and his family a home. .
