Ok, I am a big fan of it now.
Just bought a cheap one for 10 Euros and tried it out on my bed. Wiggling around on it scratched me but didn't hurt my skin. I layed on it barebacked for like 15-20 minutes and I immediately felt the prickliness. It made my skin feel warm very quickly. I noticed that I was dozing off and stopped to not fall asleep deeply. Maybe nodded off partially because I was laying in bed and partially because I felt warm from the mat and didn't feel the thorns anymore. It was quite comfortable.
After I got up I was told that my back was really red, there were marks from the thorns, but I didn't feel hurt at all. After like 2 minutes of getting up I felt an incredible lightness like I had just gotten a massage. Now it's been like 30 minutes and I still feel great.
My knot in my shoulder is much reduced and I can't really feel it anymore.
Can't afford going to the massage regularly, I think this is a great affordable alternative.

Acupressure mat helps me a lot to relieve me of neck pain. I usually lie on it for 15 minutes, slightly shifting position every 30-40 seconds.

So is more marketing? Acupuncture is based on energetic meridians
This mat is a toy really nothing to do with medicine

That’s what I think indeed, Maria. But it doesn’t mean that the mat is useless though

As he is moving out try to get read of all his old mom stuff Wich pass away- I don’t keep stuff from people that I’ve know them sick ( I have a thing for this) but asked me and saw the Matt - I said I will search for what is good..
Didn’t since to me something amazing) .I’m sure that are there many other devices helpful
Even a foam roller is amazing if people will do the exercise. A needle May to seat made for an American customer easy way .. didn’t convince me. Olivier thank you very much! With respect ,you are kind and try to share honest with people your thoughts I felt that!🙏🕊️❤️
