Congratulations Kepperi on the great result. It was an educational journey for my own GN250 project. Learned a lot, not least because of your positive attitude and perseverance. Many thanks.
Beautiful end-result, well done 👍 Thank you for sharing your interesting GN250-journey. It was very enjoyable and I learned a lot about the bike that I can now use in my own GN250-project. Enjoy and ride safe.
Nice job the bike looks great. I just picked the same bike up and have been going through it. Not going to do a custom build, just get it back on the road for somebody to enjoy.
Thats true Matt! Im into those Brittish bikes and ive been thinking about Triumph too. We will see, i might go with something easier (spare parts vice) first.
Thanks for this! I was a bit sceptical about the "Gold" but it looks realy good! I still hope we will get a HP performance figure of the 300cc Big Bore! 😀
Loved this project, it's not over though keep going Keperri! I'm in the process of converting mine to hydraulic clutch, I have same GN250 and also 2 other 2 stroke scooters, so either content is good for me!
Thank for all your videos, i've repaired a gn 250 too and your work has been a great help for me. As I can see, I think your drive chain is too tight. Ride safe
Thanks Bones! I agree with you on the chain, i tought that ill have it tight to prevent it rubbing against the swingarm. It might do so because of longer rear shocks. I will try to loosen it a bit tho to see if it really does that.
Looks awesome, great job men. I'm from Kenya and i'm thinking of modifying my haojin hj150,so i was wondering which colour did you use on the engine and frames? It looks awesome
Thanks Cris! 🙏 For the frame I used ”VHT Roll bar & chassis” spray paint. For the engine I used ”Rustoleum Hard Hat” heat resistant spray paint. See: Suzuki GN250 EP20 - Painting the engine th-cam.com/video/2eYWASPH6eU/w-d-xo.html And th-cam.com/video/7gjUTB8L9cU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=RTvcIrMthuYtcYM-
Hi Kepperi. I have GN250 and I get inspiration from your videos and stlye, thanks for that. I liked to watch your videos. Can I ask a question..! Is rear tire circle is orjinal? If yes can you please share the tire size which you use in your project?
Thanks Ozer! The rear rim is original (from older GN250) 16”. Rear tire is Duro HF904 130/90-16” so its wider than original tire but fits on the original rim.
Congratulations Kepperi on the great result. It was an educational journey for my own GN250 project. Learned a lot, not least because of your positive attitude and perseverance. Many thanks.
Thank you Hans, appreciated! 🙏

Congratulations on the build. A great resource for anyone working on a GN250.
Thanks Ant 🙏
Thanks for the series Kepperi. Working on some GZ250's. They have the same engine, your videos are very useful.
Well done kepperi, really enjoyed the series. Hope its not the last project for you. Keep up the good work and thank you once again
Thanks a ton Bradley! 🙏 There will be the scooter restoration project incoming and im searching the bigger bike candidate for bobber build!

Thanks Zengineer! Wow, hydraulic clutch?? 😄 that sounds serious! 💪
@@KepperisGarage it's quite easy and probably pointless but good fun learning process!
Gotcha! And since you’re having good time doing the conversion, its not pointless at all 😊.

Beautiful project, a lot of time and work. tell me what size rear tire you have.
Thank you Bebak! Rear tire is Duro HF904 130/90-16”

great stuff, also building a GN, what lenght shocks did you use? They seem 370 mm or more?
Thanks Luca! Rear shocks are actually 400mm and i had to do some modifications for the frame to get those fit in,.
@@KepperisGarage thanks mate : ) what type of mods?
@@truccato If i remember correctly, i had to remove some small bracket out from swingarm to make it fit "lower".
@@KepperisGarage ok got it, thanks a lot. and probably extended the side stand quite a bit ; )
@@truccato You're right! There should be a episode where i do that aswell, so feel free to dig into the material, it might hopefully be helpful!
i have question about the rims and hubs , im looking to get similar one for my build could you share where did you get yours? thanks
Hi Juan! Rims are from older model of Suzuki GN250. I was able to find a pair from eBay.
🔝👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Mikä vuosimalli? Itsellä on mönkijä missä on sama kone tuo gn250. Tais olla Suzuki Gallop 250
