Personally speaking comping alone is great for the sound of silence and nature although a companion who also can appreciate it can be a great experience to share. Frankly speaking, being alone I feel more at easy with a locked an loaded 45 with or without company.
I am a fan of motorcycle camping. For me, motorcycles are an inseparable part of life. In my opinion, nothing is more comfortable than riding a motorcycle to camp. As soon as the holidays come, I can't wait to go outdoors to find a good place to camp. At a speed of seventy or eighty miles, driving on the country road, feeling the breeze blowing, and admiring the surrounding scenery. Today I went to the shore of a Beach where the scenery is very good, the stream is gurgling, the scenery is beautiful. The most important thing is that the car cannot reach and few people go there which is why I like to go here. You don't need to bring much, a portable chair and a table. You can sit there, drink coffee and have some snacks. Enjoy your good afternoon. If you want to spend the night outdoors. One person, a motorcycle and a tent are enough. Camping in a beautiful place, free and quiet, this is my favorite way to relax.
Had a honda cb650 that was already built. Had to sell it because I wanted something more reliable and could do some more off-roading. Wish I wasn't on a college budget and could have kept it! sweet video, would be interested in seeing more of this.
I lived in Currumbin Valley for years. I must’ve ridden over Tomewin mountain a thousand times and know Crystal Creek well. You do it justice in this beautiful video.

Great first go at it and just like your garage, a very clean experience. IMHO, I think you overworked yourself to provide us with so many different shots. Less is definitely more to convey a sense of relaxation. Beautiful framing and a great location. No narration at all? Dan, we enjoy your relaxed chat in the garage; t's one of your strong points. Bike looks impressive crossing the streams. Thanks for the shot of all those stars.

I know places very like that around Mt Pleasant/Rathdowney area. So much of Northern NSW looks like that, I was thinking Alstonville area as well. Love the adventures, maybe a touch of narration.
Thank you mate yes it is a very similar area to what you were mentioning, although I’m from Queensland Gold Coast. I decided to do a silent vlog to see how it goes but it was a real challenge to not narrate anything 👍☺️
It's coming don't worry brother :) I've had so many issues with it including tuning with the stock carbs so I haven’t taken it far away from home due to that yet

We love those Mora Knives here in the states for bushcraft. They're a cheap but very good knife. Would love to see more videos like this. We're going on a late winter / early spring moto camping trip in March. It's a trip we take every year with some good friends, but this is the first year we're going on motorcycles.
Mooooooooooore! I am so envious right now.... There is snow everywhere, I can't ride for the next 2 months. That was an amazing video. One request: longer shots would allow for more immersion. I know that people nowadays have the attention span of a house fly, but this would make us feel like we are actually there with you, even more.

@@CafeRacerGarage I'm a Brit, but now settled in Norway, 2 mins from the fjord! Prime camping country. Plus there are hardly any motorways, just lots and lots of 'slow' roads, 50 to 80kph stuff, with the odd 100kph here and there... :-)

@@CafeRacerGarage no worries mate. I have a XT500 for that and I made a saddle which ist the stash compartment for sleepingbag, blanket, some warm clothes and some long tools So I have just 1 small bag with me for 3 days. And no bags rattling around.

3:50 I have a little pump like that. No light on mine but it's still well worth the space/weight to carry it. Even on a backpacking trip.
