Hey Kepperi I also have a Gn250, (hope your's is still on the road) and I learned a lot watching your videos. So I decided to disassemble the engine searching for the reason of the oil loss. I also lost my valve, and cylinder virginity. :) Besides the informations, you gave me inspiration too, to do it myself. Paljon kiitoksia! If you once decide to trip to Hungary, let me now and maybe we'll manage to drink a beer or two, if you want! Kaikkea hyvaa Ákos
Thanks for your nice words Akos! I really should visit Hungary because i’ve never been there. 🫡
i wear the same Puma sweatpants when im working on my 85 gn250, great minds think alike
The English... Guy is hilarious 😂
I am struggling to fit the flywheel on my gn250 the idler gear leaves no space for it to slide on
That looks incredible!
Thank you 🙏
That was the hard way to put a tire and inertube on, but well done on the effort
Yeah, I didn’t want to spoil the experience by checking how to do it before 😂
The build reminds me of Desert Sled with Upsweep Pipes. The whole build video series is long and you do have a sense of humour. Some really nice neat work for your GN250 😅 but the GN250 seems to have a hard time to start up. Could it be the fuel line issues or fuel/air ratio not balance ?
Thanks for your nice words! It surely takes couple of turns to start when cold, but when its already been driven on same day it starts nicely. Its like me, difficult at mornings but easier after short nap! :)
Que idioma es ese amigo
Its called ”rally english” 😂 it is common here in Finland
😂😂😂

Terve I'm building my own campervan right now, i sold my motorhome few years ago and i used Victron Smartshunt in it, i think you notice if you do the awful thing and check the manual you notice that all system negatives connect on one side of the shunt and battery alone to the other side. Thank you for nice videos Kiitos
Terve! And kiitos for your feedback! And thanks for the info, will do the change as soon as the spring comes and we take the camper van back to road!
Thanks for your feedback 🙏
Mikä on vakion sylinteriputken alapään ulkomitta.
Mun pyörässä (-83 malli) 79,5mm mut uudemmissa ymmärtääkseni isompi, eli 85,5mm
Nice job the bike looks great. I just picked the same bike up and have been going through it. Not going to do a custom build, just get it back on the road for somebody to enjoy.
Thanks, have fun with the build!
Love the music man .sweetest.
Thanks Anthony! Relaxing reggae vibes 🇯🇲😎
Thanks Aspen! 🙏 😂 jewels intact 💎👑 Do you mean to have the doors at the backside of van or between the sofas? 🤔
Looking good, it is coming along fine. My heart was in my mouth @ 11:58, one slip and your crown jewels would be no more. How about having two half doors for the under bed storage. Keep up the good work.
Great Build. How long is the rear shocks you used? Looking to build a GN250 scrambler aswell, and i like the amount of lift you have on yours :-)
Thanks 🙏 I think the rear shocks were 400mm long ones. Nice to have you here! 🎉
At 15:30 I just tried that on my gz250 and it barely has a gap. So if that's a reliable method my cam chain must be stretched more than I thought. 127.3mm for 21 pins I can move sprocket a tooth with the slack without tensioner. It's a pain to get the clutch pieces off your videos helped me decide to tackle it.
brilliant. no pun intended, great job.
Looks fantastic
@@dukeriluo thanks! 🙏
Very cool. Hope to see that bike in action on part 2! Want to see how the 300cc upgrade is holding up 🔥
Thanks, action incoming! 😎
I did not ride this motorcycle before the conversion, so I cannot really tell the difference. The carburetor has a larger main jet, but is otherwise standard.
Link for buy 300cc kit??
It seems to be unavailable at this moment, but it was from aliexpresss 🤷🏼♂️
Looks awesome, great job men. I'm from Kenya and i'm thinking of modifying my haojin hj150,so i was wondering which colour did you use on the engine and frames? It looks awesome
Thanks Cris! 🙏 For the frame I used ”VHT Roll bar & chassis” spray paint. For the engine I used ”Rustoleum Hard Hat” heat resistant spray paint. See: Suzuki GN250 EP20 - Painting the engine th-cam.com/video/2eYWASPH6eU/w-d-xo.html And th-cam.com/video/7gjUTB8L9cU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=RTvcIrMthuYtcYM-

What that metal band at 14:30? My guess black metal band like emperor or mayhem I'm from USA and I listen to some bands from finnland like Nightwish, Korpiklaani and Finntroll. Swedish Opeth, Candelmass Then there's various death, black metal, thrash, symphonic, folk , power metal I listen to.

Hay, can you please can you show me GN125 Suzuki
Sorry, but I don't have any material about those parts of the engine since the gearbox was just fine and didn't need to be opened.
Nice light setup, man. Looks really cool.
Thanks Brad! We are pretty happy with the result. Also the amount of light seems to be good 👍
Looking very good, are you sure that the swingarm bushes will handle all the force? I hope that they do so as it was a brilliant job making them. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Aspen! That is good question, I think I will go with them and monitor the wear on them.

Thanks for the series Kepperi. Working on some GZ250's. They have the same engine, your videos are very useful.
keep it going 🤩
Nice, good to see you working in the scooter, would you recommend that paint system?
Hi Tulio! Yeah its been super fun after long time to work on the scooter 🚲! If you mean the powder coating paint system, yeah! I would recommend that since its super easy to use and it creates nice and sturdy surfaces!
Ingenious.👌
Very well done! cheers
Excellent work Kepperi, I don't know where you leaned your english, but those one liners and compulsory beer, makes you an honorary Australian

Happy New Year .... Question on the Suzuki GN250. Regarding the air screw how var is it turned in... Can you check and give me the mm
Bro, I learned so much from you thank you
Hello! Im glad if the videos are helpful! I think that the adjustment cannot be copied becouse I have larger jet and different air cleaner. Or do you have the same?
@@KepperisGarage hi I copied you
