One thing I don't hear often enough, and, at least for me, the game being third person makes buying skins so much better. Actually seeing your character model in that shiny new skin instead of just the weapon is huge for skin sales imo.
eh, i dunno rivals doesn't seem appealing for me, the game lacks proper balancing (every character is broken) and i just think ow has a way better personality, i played a lot of ow in 2018-19, so i may be a little biased, but i don't rivals can truly kill ow. Both games are completely different, with ow going into a more competitive approach and rivals a more casual one. I just hope that bllizard does something to improve the game, it's a win-win for all

marvel rivals are skins are easy and way cheaper, the reason why is bc if you grind out the game you can get in-game currency, when you enough Units you can get any skin in the shop, ow2 has the same thing but you can only get a few skins not any. Also the battle pass is cheaper and the bundles in Marvel is cheaper, like $50 for the avatar collab, thats to much and ik its all the skins but still they should make it at least $30-$40 to make it seem cheaper instead of making it half $100
Have you been shooting up fent, I can unlock any skin for free in rivals whereas in Overwatch I need to pay 75 dollars NZD for both the Mythics in a season.
@@sorasolos5654 you can earn ingame currency and get any skin you want, ow2 is the same but only for a few heroes, plus the battle pass is cheaper $5 is cheap, while ow2 battle pass is $10 but ik theres more rewards, plus Ow2 made people pay for pve when they say it was going to be free. OW2 IS A SCAM!!
There have been so many "overwatch killers" just like there have been so many "WoW killers" yet they just keep going like they have a die hard fanbase or something 🤷🏻♂️

none of them made 20M players in one week =) even Ow did not make it ( they got 20m on october 2016 the game came out in may ).
