I couldnt get the stinkin belt back on...till i watched your vid...makes a big difference which one you leave off last.
Also tickford motors you need to undo the passemger side rad hose and undo the trans line on drivers side, for the thermos to pull out :)

Great video, mate -- got the air conditioning done at my local repairer and told him about the orifice tube --changed it out and it was worse than the one you took out -- still got the same problem with the a/c going off going uphills and coming back on at the crest -- probably a bloody vacuum leak in the system ---repairer did not want a bar of that little lot ---still nice and cold till you hit a hill.

Yes you have a vacuum leak that is moving the vacuum controlled air deflector, check your heater tap and the vacuum line going to it and the selector switches on the dash. The hot/cold switch on the dash is prone to leaks sometimes you have to move it from all the way cold left to 1mm to the hot direction for it to seal and select properly. Its not the going up and down hills on and off its related to how much you accelerate and the throttle position. All the way to the floor acceleration the air deflector goes from front vents to windscreen mode.
