Thank you for sewing along with me!
You, Beth, are 1 of my favorites to watch. I'm here to testify. An old dog CAN learn new tricks. And pass along to those musicians how much I love their music. ❤
The 3 1/2 inch strips make the block and quilt come together so fast. I like that!
You truly show how to use scrap fabrics or yardages you have stockpiled and need ideas. And I like how the ideas are simple and don’t involve massive math skills or algebraic recalls!!
Don’t think I could recall 😜🤭🤣🤣🤣. Simple is better
I love to watch you Beth. I had shoulder surgery and I follow your quilting because you give excellent ideas. Love you.
I always feel so calm after watching your videos. Thanks!
Just found your channel, I make lots of donation quilts and this quilt is perfect. I really like how you give the instructions, and the music is SO calming! Glad I found you😊😊
Hi Beth, paused for a moment to let you know how much I like the quilt behind you. The idea of using gray instead of white alternating is growing on me. And I really like how you used several (or more) gray fabrics.
Always a pleasure to watch your videos and thanks so much for your time and effort for us quilters. Smiles from Maine.
Lovely it’s i my blood stitch and quilt works are my mother’s generation gift ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for another easy make, I can make this one ❤
Love your idea of big strips! I have lots of big chunks of leftover yardage that now will have a purpose! Thank you for your inspiration & common sense patterns! Have learned a lot from watching your tutorials!♥️
Thank you for sharing. God bless you and your family have a blessed weekend.
Beth, you are so calming and easy to watch and have beautiful projects every time. I really enjoy your channel. Thanks for all you share.
Well done, thanks for sharing with us. 👍❤️😊
SO much faster than cutting every square first!!! 4 by 4's also keep center seams from skewing. Thanks for sharing ))))
Oh, I must visit you everyday, whether there’s a new video out or not! You make my heart sing, my whole being filled with calm and joy. You really are a blessing, Beth. ❤️🇦🇺
You’re very kind. Thank you
Great for days you just have to quilt something easy. And fast, because you have a another more challenging quilt to finish up too!. Thank you!
Looked good.
As always, thank you.
Love the grey background rather than white or cream. It looks very modern. Beautiful.
Beautiful scrappy quilt.
Thank you!
Another great one Beth!
Great idea for a quick make on a scrappy quilt Beth. 👍💗🇦🇺
I love when you start a new project
I do admire your creative ideas. I have made several of your block designs and I can’t wait to sew them into rows for a quilt top ✂️🧵🪡 Simple and elegant 💖🤗
You are so calming to watch and learn from, thank you for sharing this video!
I always look forward to seeing a new video from you! So many great ideas for inspiration. 🌻
Beautiful. Love this idea Blessings to you and your family ❤❤🙏🙏
I found you and now im not letting go of you. You are so relaxing to watch.
What a great way to use up scraps !
Love that thank you.
Thank you 😊
Great use of odds and ends.
Hello Beth, great use of fabric for a quilt. I'm wondering how many strips did you make for this quilt? And what was the size of your quilt top? I couldn't find that information listed below. Thank you for your time in making this video for all of us in TH-cam land.
The quilt top is about 60 by 80… sorry I did not slow down enough to take note of how many strips, etc. i like diving in without a plan 😊
Thank you Beth!
Love this idea, have plenty of yardage, only a few bags of scraps, perfect for me, thanks so much!
Another wonderful video with you ❤️ thanks for the fun!❤
Always loving your gentle videos. You give me so many ideas.🇦🇺🇦🇺💖
I just found you, introduced by my friend. We both love scrappy and string quilts 😊
Thank you for sharing!
Desde España, muchas gracias por sus clases, la sigo desde hace tiempo y me encanta. Saludos
Looking lovely Beth. Thank you for sharing xx
Hello Beth, cute squares cut into 16 patches to make a quilt square. This is going to turn out nice. Looking forward to seeing it made into a finished quilt. ❤️
Wow. You make it look so easy. I think I might give it a try. 🌞
Thank You, that's really great for a qick but beautiful project!
Hi Beth, I had a friend who had told me if this strip piecing. I t was many year ago and I wasn’t a quilter back then. After watching this video I see how it speeds up the piecing process. I haven’t tried anything like this before, I think I’m way over due and kinda embarrassed admitting that. Better late than never. 🤣 I hope you have a wonderful week, 🥰👍 Chris
Hi Beth, I found your channel awhile ago now and love watching all the things you are making, especially scrappy quilts! Today, I noticed your extra-wide ironing board and was wondering if you would share what brand/model it is. Mine is old and rickety, and I'm in the market for a new one. A wider one may be the ticket. Thanks! (Cindy Ratliff)
I’ve had my ironing board many years. I think it’s a typical size. Maybe the camera angle makes it look bigger?
Thanks so much for sharing 💗💗💗.
That's genius! I was thinking of doing a 4 square and the combining in an eye spy quilt.
Thanks!
Thank you for your support!🙂
Lovey strip sets…thank you❤
Very pretty ❤🤗👏
i want to make one of these....
Nice thank you
Cool!
❤❤
😍🙏
What temperature do you have your iron set at when using your wool mat? Also love your videos!!! I like the fact that you don’t talk unless you need to! You just get down to the cutting and sewing 😍
My iron doesn’t have exact temperature… I use cotton setting
Beth could you tell us the size of the strips you are cutting is it 4inches 21/2 inches so i can get your results new at quilting eventhough a longtime ago i made a pinwheel pillow.
Strips were cut 3 1/2”…. But you could cut them any size
Nice project. Does it matter which way the seam lay? or are they pressed open
I pressed towards the gray so hopefully the seams would nest better
Which Juki Machine Model do you have? I really enjoy your videos…very inspiring
TL-2000👌
How come your strip aren't wonky in the middle? No matter HOW, OR HOW MANY TIMES I FOLD MY FABRIC, THE STRIPS ARE ALWAYS WONKY IN THE MIDDLE 😟
They do get wonky once in a while 👍
