Help with cool sleeping in the hot season. Shower before bed then lie on top of the bed wrapped in the damp towel. Gets you an hour or 2 possibly.

Great advice Pam! We will try that next time in hot and humid climate! For the next month we House Sit in UK and Europe and hope we get away with no Aircon at all ;-).
