And in the year 2000 an unnamed Italian club pulled out of the competition at the last minute, and Bradford City's chairman at the time Geoffrey Richmond applied to fill that vacancy, and UEFA accepted and invited them to the competition.
You mentioned for the 93-94 segment at around (7:20) that United won it under SAF for the first time - that's not true, he was in charge for their first title win the year before - he'd been in charge 6 years before the Prem even existed!
Not sure if it was mentioned yet, but Bradford played in Europe in 2000 because the Intertoto cup was kind of invitation-based. It was a really weird competition, with multiple winners and lots of mid-tier teams from all over Europe without clear qualification rules. Must be a lot of effort to put all that together. But I have to point out at 31:57 that's wrong. By that season it was United's 19th league title, which put them ahead of Liverpool's 18 at that time. Liverpool only got their 19th in 2020 and are still behind United's 20. You should do an extended version, break the years into 2 or 3 videos. Maybe a bit of trivia too like the teams that won 9-0 and players that have scored five goals but overall really enjoyable video!
21:43 Everton didn’t actually qualify for the Champions League. Liverpool won it in 2005 whilst also finishing 5th in the league so Everton lost their place to Liverpool.

Bradford City qualified for European football in the 1999-2000 season by winning the Intertoto Cup. The Intertoto Cup was a UEFA-sanctioned football competition that ran from 1961 to 2008, and was designed to provide extra matches for teams during the summer months. Bradford City entered the competition in the third round and progressed through the tournament, winning their group to advance to the final. They faced Zenit St. Petersburg in the final, winning the two-legged tie 4-2 on aggregate to secure their place in the UEFA Cup. As a result of their Intertoto Cup victory, Bradford City competed in the UEFA Cup for the first time in their history, reaching the second round before being knocked out by Leeds United.
15:03 they qualified because an unnamed Italian team (probably Hellas Verona since they did pull out of the intertoto cup but their place was given to Perugia so Idk) pulled out of the competition so uefa basically decided Bradford city to qualify for the intertoto cup because why not? lol
Despite finishing 4th in 04/05, Everton actually didn't get a UCL spot because ironically, their Merseyside rivals Liverpool (who had finished 5th) won the UCL that season
They did get a spot. They entered in the 3rd qualifying round alongside Manchester United. Everton lost and were knocked out. Liverpool had to enter from the 1st qualifying round.

14:45 Kevin Phillips scored so many times that he also won the European golden shoe, AND if you were to take away his 6 penalty goals he still would’ve been the top scorer in the league.
At 7:30 you mention 93/94 was "the first season for Alex Ferguson" which doesn't really make sense as he was there from 86 and won the league in 92/93?
21:31 Liverpool actually finished 5th in 04/05 but because they won the CL the UEFA came up with a new rule saying that the holder would automatically qualify for next year's CL
Also, Drogba didn't have 2.71 goals per game in 09/10 lol that would have been the best scoring ratio of all time in football lol. Apart from that, amazing video!
The intertoto cup was invational to the highest team from the league that didn't already qualify for Europe, but a lot of teams refused the invitation because the money was nothing compared to the Premier league
"Hi. You're on a rock floating in space--" Oh wait.... wrong video, I guess.... In all seriousness, this was a fun watchalong. Also, as a wrestling fan, I appreciate all the little WWE gifs sprinkled throughout.
Amazing how Man Utd have crumbled under a level playing field of finance, goes to show theyve always been the villains of the premier league story and I hope they extended their 14 year losing period to at least 60 years
I'm pretty sure the Bradford City thing was either also a disciplinary record thing, or they were runners up in the league or fa cup to the team who won the league or whatever, those would be my guesses. Also, i loved, "aston villa were also there, but NEVER in the top 4" then immediately show a picture of the league table in 95/96 when they were 4th 😅 Great work, man. Well done! Subscribed E: I'm further in the video, but basically what you said about Stoke making Europe and the cup rules being crazy. Yeah. That.

Roberto Di Matteo has to be the biggest GIGACHAD ever in football. He barely wins anything, but he does take home the CL-Title for absolutely no reason.
As a Toon fan Alan Pardew as manager of the season still makes me laugh. Tbf he did a good job that year and the Europa League home games were a nice treat.
How different things could have been for Luton if they had managed to stay up in the 91/92 season. Could this be the year that Luton finally return to top flight after 31 long years. I hope so!
8:40 anyone know why Liechtenstein don't get a CL spot when their coefficient is higher than a lot of nations that do get a single spot each? (well, at least as presented with that 18/19 screenshot) Surely they should be mixing it with all the other qualifiers in the preliminary rounds?
See you in 1 hour Liam. Also I feel bad for you on Twitter but congratulate you on Mezzala designs. I've got my hands on the Harry Kane design mi amigo.
Basically, Bradford City qualified for the Intertoto Cup by applying for the entry. The only way to enter was by being the highest placed club in your country that applied for the cup. Bradford were the highest placed club in England that applied at the time. So they qualified.
Another fun Bradford fact, in that intertoto cup run Andriy Arshavin made his professional debut against us for Zenit. Nearly made the uefa cup while coming 17th, cant see that happening again. We love making history 😆

In the video it says thar 93/94 season was the first season for Sir alex, wasnt he at man united since 1986?
At 7:30 you mention 93/94 was "the first season for Alex Ferguson" which doesn't really make sense as he was there from 86 and won the league in 92/93?
That was absolutely fantastic. I would love to see another video like it on another division possibly?
21:31 Liverpool actually finished 5th in 04/05 but because they won the CL the UEFA came up with a new rule saying that the holder would automatically qualify for next year's CL
Also, Drogba didn't have 2.71 goals per game in 09/10 lol that would have been the best scoring ratio of all time in football lol. Apart from that, amazing video!
Knowing how this type of videos usually look like, I'm expecting a mix of old Vizeh and new Vizeh.
And I'm ready for it.
Really happy with it!
The intertoto cup was invational to the highest team from the league that didn't already qualify for Europe, but a lot of teams refused the invitation because the money was nothing compared to the Premier league
This must have taken AGES to make, really impressive

The GOAT gets his mention wheeyyy
What a massive video, thank you for your hard work. It's been a joy to watch.
can’t believe i’ve just watched my club dominate untill 2012/2013 but apart from that this video has so much effort put into it
"Hi. You're on a rock floating in space--" Oh wait.... wrong video, I guess....
In all seriousness, this was a fun watchalong. Also, as a wrestling fan, I appreciate all the little WWE gifs sprinkled throughout.
He’s the GOAT
Amazing how Man Utd have crumbled under a level playing field of finance, goes to show theyve always been the villains of the premier league story and I hope they extended their 14 year losing period to at least 60 years
Genuinely an entertaining video, I love it. Learnt a lot of history watching this
Not genuine
I'm pretty sure the Bradford City thing was either also a disciplinary record thing, or they were runners up in the league or fa cup to the team who won the league or whatever, those would be my guesses.
Also, i loved, "aston villa were also there, but NEVER in the top 4" then immediately show a picture of the league table in 95/96 when they were 4th 😅
Great work, man. Well done! Subscribed
E: I'm further in the video, but basically what you said about Stoke making Europe and the cup rules being crazy. Yeah. That.
and having already covered villa being runners-up in the inaugural season
Vizeh, can you do this type of video more times? I loved! Please, make one telling the history of Brasileirão!
Great video. It was so fun for me because i never watched any premier league, only now after star+ started to stream here in Brazil. And that Fergunson must have been an insane coach, i wish i could see him in his prime
I think the audio might be delayed because of the black screen but good work on the video ignore the hate man your doing incredible love your videos
United’s Away form in 10/11 is hilarious for title winners. 5 wins 10 draws 3 losses!
Been a fan for a couple years and the progression here is just immaculate. Love the vids bro, check it going cause im gonna keep coming back
Roberto Di Matteo has to be the biggest GIGACHAD ever in football. He barely wins anything, but he does take home the CL-Title for absolutely no reason.
PLEASE do this with the FA cup and European competitions, love these videos
54:11 It wasn’t Salahs first season, he was at Chelsea in 2014
Brilliant video Vizeh, I've watched it 20 times already!
That’s an impressive 2 minutes!
@@Vizeh great vid and 11:28 thats why scotlands the goated country
I remember crying as a six year old in Brian Dean's last game for the blades before he moved to Leeds
Don't worry about all the comments you are getting on twitter, haters gonna hate every time no matter what you do. Stay strong man.
Best moment of the video 4:00
great video, seasons 13/14, 15/16 are some of my favorite premier leagues seasons
See you in 1 hour Liam. Also I feel bad for you on Twitter but congratulate you on Mezzala designs. I've got my hands on the Harry Kane design mi amigo.
That’s amazing bro! Thank you❤️
Basically, Bradford City qualified for the Intertoto Cup by applying for the entry. The only way to enter was by being the highest placed club in your country that applied for the cup. Bradford were the highest placed club in England that applied at the time. So they qualified.
34:45 is what we’re all here for.
You know bro!😂
Another fun Bradford fact, in that intertoto cup run Andriy Arshavin made his professional debut against us for Zenit. Nearly made the uefa cup while coming 17th, cant see that happening again. We love making history 😆
