Any ways it's your choice or the viewers and time will decide if it's real or not. But in the meanwhile you may want to check the MMRDA and CIDCO website and check for Khopta township, then take the map of the development of the area under Khopta. Take the map and then validate it against the survey number and check if the are is under the plan or not. Abhi is se jyada bhai aur kuch nahi keh sakta

I tried to research on my own and it's basically a transaction of agricultural land to NA between buyer and seller. The buyer will need to check the land usage as allowed in the DP on the CIDCO website, then check the survey number 7/12 extract. My family owned a land in Vindhane near the Ransai dam and guess what, we sold 60 guntha for 44 lakhs this was in 2014. We are repenting now because the same land is valued at 2.4 Cr. And when a developer or CIDCO will buy this back it is expected to generate more revenue. I still have land there but it's relatively small which I don't intend to sell anymore. But do let me know the scam because I would need some insights to believe

Hi, thanks for your comment. I have a difference of opinion on this, because these land are transferred through registered sale deed in registrar office. However due diligence on what land is being purchased is absolute importance. If you look at all my vlogs related to such land deals i emphasize on getting the documents validated from a property lawyer. In some of the videos I have clearly called out that these are long term investments and dont invest if you dont have experience in investing in such lands. Off lately i have even stopped promoting such plots because i realized there is a strong possibility that even after me telling them to follow some pointers in my vlogs buyers dont follow those things and eventually succumb.

And I realised that investment in these projects or schemes are investors game and not for common investors hence I haven't shot any videos for these locations for a while now. Since I am not a seller it's a hobby for me I could taken the decision. But these are not illegal. Understand this " Kum investment aur kum time main return free main nahi milta. If you don't have time and money then you need muscle power. And one factor will always be missing.
