      @@saltaf-kn8ol Jai Hind .. Location Ranjanpada station ke opposite direction mein hai.. 2 km. Ke distance mein hogi but becch mein highway aur river hai isliye location per thodda ghoom kar jana padta hai.village ke ander side se way hai🙂

      @@naveedkardekar8094 nahi yeh plots kheti ki zameen per nikale gaye hai but inko diversion karwa ke dete hai yeh log uske liye bhi pura inke pass ek plan hai jiske hisaab se yeh deal karwa rahe hai .. aap call kar inke office mein jaa kar inse Puri details lelo wo aapko pura process samjha denge ki kese in plots ko use karna hai aur uske liye kya kya document banwana hai aur kese banwana hai... Phir soch samjh kar kisi advocate se document check karwa kar salah mashwara kar ke koi bhi deal final karna ..🙂

      @@sureshrasal8993 sir description mein number diya hai unke office ka aap unko call kar ke direct sabhi cross questions ke answers le lijiye mere channel ka bata dena unko ki video dekha hai but kuch doubt hai jinke answer chahiye wo log aapko proper tarike se samjha denge ..agar Kam gunta zameen leta hai koi toh group banawa kar 7/12 karwate hai.. kis ke naam per karwate hai wo aap unse clear kar lijiye.       @@naveedkardekar8094 Naveed bhai yeh plots future ka ek soda hai .. jise kuch tricks aur thodda mind game hai .. jisko samjhne ke liye aap pehle visit kare location per aapke sare doubt unlogo ke samne rakhe aur sabhi documents check karwaye thodda mehnat lagega waqt bhi jayega but agar yeh soda sahi betha toh aage future mein achha faida hoga .. kyu ki ulwe ka dekha hoga aapne waha bhi pehle yehi sab chal raha thaa.. aur tab waha log jaa nahi rahe thee but aaj waha ki property ke price aur ulwe ka development dekho aap ... Waha fraud bhi hue property ko lekar aur har jagah hote hai but jinko sahi property mil gayi wo aaj kaafi achhe faide mein hai... Isliye aap bhi koi bhi property lene se pehle apni taraf se puri details nikale aur sab kuch legal hone ke baad koi bhi property mein Paisa daale ... Yeh baat isliye bole raha hu kyu ki Paisa aapka hai toh thodda mehnat aapko karna hoga jisse aapko aage faida ho na koi nuksan 🙂
