I would differ my opinion because CIDCO holds land at prime locations near railway stations. And this is the deciding factor. More than Lakh application till now.

Well you are absolutely right. But why will anyone open an office spend capital on rent electricity and salaries. It's on a customer's bargaining skill how much he or she can save. But when someone takes the entire building for sale then they get brief about how the construction is planned and it's quality. People pay prices for not cross validating and doing basic checks. I have made a few videos about this, please refer those videos as well. Well can't really help you with that. Because generally on the Pan card you have your name and then the second entry is the father's name. It's for all. Don't see any reason for rejection. Please check again

You can add your father as a co-applicant and still it will be below 6 lakhs because not all components of salary are considered as income. Fill for the EWS category. Google "CIDCO my preferred home 2024 PDF" In that you will get to know the exceptions under salaries. Hope this helps
@WandererPatil sir, there's no option to add father as co applicant, we can only add mother and I am not adding my mother because there's mismatch in her documents and it could be an issue in the future. So I can apply for the EWS category with the salary I mentioned above right?

@@AbhishekYadav-q2f4f Well you can fill the LIG if you add your father as co applicant and the salary components as mentioned in the PDF by CIDCO you can google the 2024 my preferred CIDCO home.. If you decide to fill in your name only the EWS would work for you. But bear in mind "do your financial calculation before buying a home. At times it's better to delay for a few years and use that money to improve your skills and eventually your income.

You are absolutely right however if your parents own house a house and you are married then you can apply.
Good scam you buy in acres and sell in sqft earn 1000 times the price of the plot..many such scams and people even if they get the plot would have spent many year's waiting ....😂😮😊
Well, that's how the real estate business works. 1000 times is an exaggeration because by that logic an acre will be 20k which isn't the case, I would assume that was a metaphor. These are ready developed plots with roads, water, electricity and boundary wall compounds, approvals, staff cost . All of these was an expense that the developer made + he invested his capital for which he lost interest for over the years hence all of this is added before arriving at a price point and needless to say that he/she needs to make profit as well.
