      Hi Rahul, when the sales deed happens it's mentioned on the deed as NA. Also I mentioned that you should show all the papers and documents to a property lawyer before getting into the sales deed. Lastly I can't invest in everything that I show, I have my own investment strategies that I follow as per my risk appetite which I would be sharing in future purely for education purpose

      GM Seraj bhai, there are 2 separate vlogs i have made on the documents that need to be checked before investing on my channel. Also at the end I emphasise that all documents to be verified and validated by a property lawyer or consultant.
