You are not absolutely correct. Delhi properties are more expensive than Mumbai. If you research apratments and location properly. However, Delhi offer wide variety, range and type of properties. Mumbai only offers Apartments and if you compare Aprtments price from Delhi you will find Mumbai Apratments are way more cheaper than Delhi Apratments.

.The biggest business and easiest place for politicians to park thier black money in property because of this the prices of property are ever rising in mumbai.corruption has increased 4-5 times like the property rates in mumbai.so This cost builders pass on to potential buyers & Hence the buyers have to bear the cost ..There are plenty of vacant flats remain unsold but still prices are never coming down due to this nexus ...

Issajah se real estate prices limit ke bahar uchal gayee hain. Actual user ke liye to ghar khareedna affordable hi naheen hai. Jis infrastructure ku baat kar rahe ho, who public ke paison se hi banaya gaya hai.. Koi bhi flat mein cross ventilation naheen hai. AC laga kar rahena pad raha hai. Light ja bill builder ka baap barega? Authorities are sleeping over it. No action is being taken. Inflation in housing sector has goine through the roof when roti, kapda aur makaan are the basic requirements for evey citizen. System ko theek karne ki zaroorat hai.
