Hey Zane👋 I just bought Magix Musik Maker 2020 premium a few month ago. But its always crashing and I loose my projekts and my motivation making musik. Do you have an idea what I could do? Maybe I did something wrong in the settings? My computer has power enough. So I'm a little frustrated because it wasn't little money. Besides I really like your videos!!!👍
I’m not too sure what might be going on. If there is a plugin that you’re using when it crashes I would say try not using that plugin. If you have an Asio compatible sound card make sure you have magic set up to use Asio and maybe increase the buffer size in the Asio control panel. Another recommendation I have is always save. Save. Save. Save. Working in audio for numerous years has taught me to constantly save. It doesn’t matter what program you’re using, crashes can and will happen.
I do talk about it briefly in a couple other videos like this one th-cam.com/video/65y5W2KOqeI/w-d-xo.html plus the Super VHS plugin review video. Basically it’s a simple chorus effect that you turn on or off and you can adjust the amount of the effect that gets mixed with the dry audio. That’s about it. It’s based on the chorus effect found on old Juno synths. I’ve used it on bass guitar and backing vocals with great success. It’s a great free plugin.
