I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR THERAPIST, I AM SOMEONE STRUGGLONG WITH BIPOLAR, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY DISORDER, AND PTSD FROM CHILDHOOD TRAUMA. I AM IN A PROGRAM LEARNING COPING SKILLS AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AND WHAT I AM LEARNING. - YOU DONT HAVE TO SUFFER IN SILENCE!
I am in group therapy because I suffer from anxiety, depression, bipolar, and childhood PTSD. I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I am sharing things I learned in therapy to help me remember in the futuure should I need it. I am also sharing it with some of you because most people suffer from some sort of mental illness and it is OK! YOU ARE OK - we shouldnt suffer in silence and we should talk about it more. AGAIN, I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I just want to vlog my experience to look back on and possibly give you some tips on what I have taken away from my therapy!

My daughter liked to call times off work as mental health vacation. It made things more manageable for her , she’s bipolar too.
