I practiced with your instructions now for some months and I got fit again after an illness - Thank You!😌I like that you offer strong and "soft" Yoga, cause I try to practice according to my menstrual cycle (2 weeks strong training > after ovulation non-intensive endurance training) Best wishes 💜

Can I do this as my morning yoga, I only have time for yoga in the morning and I want to build strength so is it okay for me to do this every morning around 5am
It’s “power yoga “. There’s different types of yoga. Idk if it’s just this video that you don’t like- But I feel like for TH-cam you have to judge a “book” by its cover. Usually the clothing type and the muscle tone of the instructor is how i choose which yoga I want to do. This one is to get your heart rate up because it’s good for you, the more easy going yoga that really challenges patience and the ability to be comfortable when I’m uncomfortable
