In the last explanation, I heard that the combat method is the same as the D&D dice system. So, can I buy items like other RPGs? (Fallout, Dragon Age)

Yep absolutely - Fallout & Baldurs gate etc followed the games I'm following so a lot of that stuff carries over.
We also have a form of crafting based on the old DnD "rest to regain spells" system ;)

Which programs do you use? It's a bit rude to ask that. Sorry.

No worries! I use whatever gets the job done basically - Reason for my sound composition, some cheap programs to record footage and then mix in Shotcut to edit etc but the game itself is mostly being scratchbuilt in a variety of ways.
