S-10 shortly headers. There still not the best option. Gotta beat in the firewall a little bit.

Did you have to use any of the wires that came from off of the original fuse block on the drivers side?

Yes. The LS harness only controls the engine. You need to keep the headlights, taillights, starter, alternator and heater/ac wires. You need to use the original fuse box also.

It came with the harness. I got that from ebay.

Does anything on the harness control the dash or light or anything

The new harness only controls the engine. You still need your lights, ac and heater wires from original harness.
