These were good! I added some sweetener to the mozzarella cheese crust and did two batches, one with lemon curd, and one with blackberry jam.

Those look amazing! Going to make them very soon. Danishes are my downfall. If they are around it is too much temptation for me to resist. So I am going to make a ton of them and freeze them for little treats. I hope they freeze well! Love Kai, he is so fun. You two remind me of my almost 13 year old son. We do everything together. It's a fun to watch you two.

Loose skin doesn't go away. You can incorporate weight training which can help a bit by building muscle, and add collagen, but once you have loose skin you have it🙏
