It's amazing how much food addiction we were able to flesh out! It didn't take long, and suddenly we didn't miss anything! It was amazing at how good actual meat with a few spices and high heat can taste (searing/grilling/broiling). During the holiday season, we had a some chocolates and my brain won't stop thinking of it almost 2 weeks later! It will pass, but it was a great reminder at just how vulnerable we are, and that we want nothing to do with that carbage lifestyle! After nearly 20yrs of following u I am still grateful to u! Happy new year blessings to ur whole fam! 💞

I was wondering if the gelatin you use on other Carnivore Rice recipes is it missing from this one? Would there be a benefit to add it in the cooking process?

I have a question about the use of powdered pork rinds to make certain recipes like your carnivore pizza crust. We just found out that my dad has a blood pressure issue that unfortunately required a surgical heart valve procedure back in November. And his doctors told him that he needed to keep a low sodium diet to help stabilize his blood pressure. And ultimately which meant I had to stop cooking recipes from you that required powdered pork rinds. Does the sodium type in pork rinds cause high blood pressure? Or do you think high blood pressure has to do with an underlying condition that a specific patient has?
This is a tricky situation that I can't give the best answers for without a lot more information. But in general, doctors are misinformed about sodium and the TRUE cause of high BP. I used to know someone who’s dad made a living raising chickens for a large chicken producer........he would take delivery of day old chickens, food for them and raise them in a big barn.........easy work she said.......dad goes around every day and picks up the dead ones......feeds and waters them..........THEY WERE READY FOR MARKET IN 6. WEEKS.........she told me that if they were left any longer they got so big they couldn’t walk. !!!! What the HELL are we eating. ????
