I copied your recipe a while back but had not made it till today. I wanted to watch you make it. I used the pork bits rather than the almond flour. As a new Keto/carnivore, I did miss the actual biscuit texture, but it really was good! I will be making it again! The directions in the recipe says to mix the butter, baking powder and salt to the pork rinds, then mix with the egg whites, I think i will do it the way you did it. I'm getting my oven ready now. I always follow a recipe as written.
Wondering if this would work with powdered egg whites vs using fresh egg whites? 🤔 I’ve also learned that egg white powder should be measured using its weight vs cups, tablespoons, ect. Time to experiment!

Maria have you ever heard of cricket flour? It is a flour made from finely ground crickets and is packed with protein. I feel like cricket flour would be an even better flour replacement to almond flour.

You could use Kite Hill Cream cheese for the gravy but then it wouldn't be carnivore. I've never tried butter flavored coconut oil for the biscuits so not sure if it would turn out or not 🙏

I would like an adult's opinion with an adult's description. A closeup of the texture would be helpful too.
