Hello Dr. how to become one of your patients, is there a way to contact you directly to be able to ask your opinion regarding some medical issues and questions?
I am my own doctor, this way I don't often encounter the professionals who treat me as a minor inconvenience on the way to the bank. This is not prejudice but comes from 70 odd years of experience. Of course I have to use their services if all else fails. This lady seems to be one of the few with integrity.
Never been to a doctor or dentist for over half a century. Zero medication, and zero supplements. A few pints of strong beer daily, no stress and plenty of fresh air and sunlight maintains my health at a peak.
Dr Bailey needs to go to medical school again she doesn't know nothing, about what is important to be healthy. The new science is, to stay indoors, away from everybody else, sanitazing everything we can get in contact, avoiding sun and fresh air, breath only throught a mask, use experimental medicines, do diagnosis tests even without symptoms of disease
I clicked on one of your videos the morning about SARs Cov2 suggested by You Tube. I watched almost every one. I have been reading and searching for information on all viruses, their causes, and history. Presently I am reading material concerning Pasture & Bechamp and their contributions to this field of study. I have listened to many other as well concerning their views on diet and the microbiom. I will add your channel to my long list of people providing unbiased and informative subjects to assist me in guiding my search for disease control and prevention for myself a family. I thank you for being a voice of reason and a true doctor who seems to practice the original Hippocratic oath of "First, do no harm". This is something the current medical community needs to return to. The the human body is capable of self-healing and self regulating itself if we provide it with the CORRECT nutrients to stop diseases before they can even take hold in our bodies . Again, thank you and I encourage you to keep doing what you are doing.
Well done Sam I have been pushing Vitamin D3 and K2 with some zinc supplements. I have mentioned Sunlight in Summer and supplements in winter. I do what I preach and am very healthy for a 71 year old.
Grounding/Earthing has been the best thing for my health- I started a year ago and it’s stopped inflammation in my body and is an instant stress reducer as soon as my feet touch the grounding mat .. I’ve found when I had a migraine - it would be gone after I’ve been grounded for 5 min (it returns if I step off the mat) and takes about 2- 3 hours of remaining grounded for it to be completely gone. I haven’t had nearly as many headaches since beginning grounding …. I have been sleeping grounded all night and when I began doing that 6 months ago, I noticed I no longer retained water - even during typical PMS times and I even began losing weight. It’s a miracle worker !
Great advice! I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2020. Went through chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant. As can imagine, those treatments destroyed my immune system. I take 10000 IU of vitamin D and get 20 minutes of sun exposure every day. I have spent the last few years rebuilding my immune system and body using the techniques that you mentioned. I’m healthier now than I was before I was diagnosed with cancer.
Thank you Dr Sam Baily - really good to hear a medical doctor talking about health, and not just fighting off disease with prescriptions. Ie you are doing the art of medicine. As a chiropractor, we work to understand whats going on and why the body isnt working as it should, same as you have described in this video. Thank you for being the shining light
The elephant in the room is that no one wants to talk about 5G and the proven scientific effects of millimetre wavelength microwave radiation , that we all live in a cloud of. Love you channel. I informative.
Ps. Which causes similar effects upon the body as say....oo covid. I have monitored my local region...blood disorders and cancers are rising......since 5G! cause and effect.
Just excellent and comprehensive advice. Here in the UK, this is the information which has been conspicuous by it's absence in terms of all the government advice and declarations over the past 8 months. It is as if they don't want us to take any personal responsibility for our health, just stop thinking and obey.
I've seen a video where this lady has seen some Zoom meetings where the UK's NHS (National Healthcare System,I believe they call it) DELIBERATELY decided to "deliberately misinform" the public by omitting talk abt things like vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Harming by (DELIBERATE) omission VIOLATES the Hippocratic Oath, in my book. Basically everything mentioned on this video should've been broadcast over EVERY TV/radio station for the past YEAR!!
Try an extra dose of omega 3 fatty acids (as per WHO recommendations). Positive thinking. Laughing. Going for a walk in nature. Chocolate. Experiment- what works for you? What makes you feel better? Notice the things you're doing that make you feel better and better, and do more of those.
We live in a depressogenic world and it is insane to hope for effective treatments. The only thing to prevent becoming stressed or depressed. Once your boat is sinking with hole in it, salvation tends not to happen no matter what is tried. the rates of suicides are on the rise.
I think you need to mention sugar. It's almost impossible to avoid, but causes inflammation. I think many illnesses are nutrition based, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease.
Yes good point John. Some things are all or nothing and sugar should be nothing. Everything in a packet is less than idea. Once you refuse to have sugar in the home at all, the avoidance of sugar laced drinks and packet food gets easier. In Bangkok where I am the introduction of the sugar Western diet over the last two generations has spiked diabetes to 9^ of the population from near zero . Sugar is as dangerous as smoking, and not many people will believe that
@@paulscottfilms your eyes do not decive you, besides the western food creeping in , the amount of sugar added in Thai cooking is amazing more so in southern area s. I'm a big believer in honey and take it every day in tea & coffee, no sugary drinks.
like you said dr sam ... stress is something that really affects your health.... there are many things that causes people to not feel well that have to do with suppressed feelings and therefore it’s very helpful for people to get bodywork and massages to connect with her body and feel their feelings to experience more healing
Such great advice. Since introducing fasting to my routine and stopped eating meat, added sugar, wheat and any processed foods - my energy and ability to focus has increased ten-fold. I have not had a cold or flu, or any other illness in 15 years.

Sadly, in these broken days many of us can't get even to see our doctor, let alone have tests done. We have been driven to doing our own research (not always a bad thing) and we are more than ever grateful for your information and advice. Thank you.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH, INCLUDING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH . YEARS AGO I BECAME TO STRESSED WITH JOB AND EVERYDAY LIFE, COMBINED WITH A LACK OF PROPER SELF AND WAS HIT BY SHINGLES, IN MY LATE THIRTIES. IT WAS THE MOST PAIN I HAVE EXPERIENCED TO DATE !! THANK YOU DR. SAM FOR ALL THE HELPFUL ADVICE.
Thx Dr. Bailey! I bet you haven't got too many subscribers from Russia. I am one of them. Spent some of my best time in New Zealand. Almost a year back in 2010-2011. Love that kiwi accent of yours. Cheers!
Some great advice especially Vitamin D for us up-north folks with lesser sunlight. Also Zinc. For newcomers I think a NZ-language dictionary is useful. Sivin is Seven:Kit is Cat: Infiction is Infection etc etc.but I have now no problem listening. In fact I enjoy listening to the good advice. Keep it up. Cheers
The #1 "Good Diet" popped up as I was eating a piece of baklava. I still ate it but I did feel a small amount of guilt. I do however thank you for all that you do.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and insights. You do a great service to all with the information you provide. 1. Good Diet (1.80) 2. Good Sleep (1.56) 3. Reduce Alchohol (2.42) 4. Healthy Weight (3.54) 5. Exercise (4.31) 6. Reduce Stress (5.32) 7. Vitamin D and Zinc (6.51)

Dear Dr Sam, fantastic info as ever and very much appreciated 👍 I especially like the recommendation to grow food. I can see that connection is amazingly important. As a city dweller in the heart of London, it’s not easy but I’ve managed to find a way - even just growing sprouts from seeds and beans is available to anyone with natural light. This is certainly an area I intend to develop for the rest of my life. I have a couple of evidence based contributions from my own experience which I’d like to add to your immune boosting list which I hope you can endorse: 1. Breathing techniques I’ve personally gone on a journey over the past few years regarding breathing and I’m still very much on the path of discovery here. Having experienced mild asthma for most of my life I have suffered “chest infections” for decades and colds and flu regularly despite training with Olympic athletes and leading a generally healthy lifestyle (except for getting hooked into smoking at various points in life - now totally free (thank you Allan Carr: The Easy Way to Stop Smoking)) and these problems unfortunately culminated in being diagnosed with COPD about 5 years ago. After this I started discovering so many aspects of breathing which barely registered as an issue before, my having taken this part of physiology so very much for granted. And that’s despite having practiced yoga at various times of my life. Mouth breathing, a habit from childhood for me, has been an extremely difficult practice to overcome and I’m not there yet. But on this journey I’ve discovered so much. Patrick McKeown has a great contribution in this field based upon the techniques of Dr Butako. I’ve discovered from suggestions from my friend, a practicing hospital doctor, that I have nasal polyps and am engaged in resolving this naturally (having had great temporary relief from a prescription for steroids.) But this problem is such a hidden one with such major consequences i feel it has to be on the list. 2. Exposure to Cold. This may seem an extreme idea but the gradual approach to reducing our perceived comfort through modern insulation and heating and ultimately to fully exposing ourselves to periods experiencing natural temperatures is proven to massively boost immune response. I now swim in cold water a few times a week year round when I can, and shower with cold tap water several times a week on most days when I can’t, as part of my daily routine, especially through the winter when most benefit can be received. And the experience is exhilarating (despite always feeling like I’m going to die for a few seconds - but maybe that’s part of the key) This certainly requires care and caution but the evidence is overwhelming for its benefits. See the studies around Wim Hof for science based evidence. 3. Fasting/intermittent fasting. While malnutrition is devastating for the immune system for many with easy access to food, even of higher quality, there are still a vast array of conditions which can be alleviated through periods of abstinence from eating. There is so much I could say on this and yet I am very much a beginner in this area that I would simply direct people to do your own research on this. The scientific study is overwhelming as to health benefits. Again, this can be used in quite extreme ways but really does not have to be to be of massive beneficial impact. I personally generally try to restrict eating to an 8 hour daily window, but certainly not meticulously. This was a big shift for me again, and I’m still very much experimenting but it’s such a massive impact on health I feel compelled to comment to your very fine video. I can supply references if requested but I’m just commenting off the cuff here. Tere’s plenty of great stuff out there if you look for it. I especially appreciate the extensive work you have done around Covid Sam, the difference you are making in this regard is difficult to quantify. It is so very very important. Please keep going. Thank you
Maam, I've watched hundreds of hours of TH-cam videos and it's is Absolutely the Best in this Topic!!........ However methinks you could/should have included Magnesium. Subscribed!😇
Glad to see you. I was worried about all the earthquakes. I have trouble with sleep because of pain which is from osteo and 6 back surgeries. I do not drink or smoke and have always had home grown food. I do take all the vitamins, etc.that you mention. I have had many surgeries and had shingles. I am taking melatonin. It hopefully will work. Love your info.
@@johnnelson8142 i heard they enhance eachother, d3 and k2 adding up like 1+1=3. i didnt know for a long time either thats why i wanted to tell you. wish you all the best
As usual, sensible advice (which as we all know is usually ignored). I like to think I 'tick all your boxes'. Although I am more lenient with my alcohol intake, which is 1/2 bottle of wine a day, with a meal, together with my wife, which I claim to be 'stress reduction'. Also under stress reduction I recommend yoga, and meditation, which I have recently started - I should have started 2 decades ago. Perhaps I can add Point 8 - take an active interest in your health - do weekly consultations with Dr Sam, on a Wednesday - she is a tonic.
Thank you doctor for this valuable overview! I really love the way you stress out “common colds” 😉 stress is indeed toxic! May be you can talk more about toxicity in your future videos. Just as always I love your videos 😍
I appreciate your videos Dr. Sam. To help boost my immune system I take elderberry syrup that I cook up and pour into mason jars. Keep refrigerated of course and even freeze a batch for the cold season. P.S. Also add NAC to smoothies plus vitamin C, along with other super foods like Maca root powder to name one.
Dr. Sam, I thought I posted this though I do not find it, so, here again to respond to your question, "What topic would you like me to cover next?" How to choose a primary or general practitioner. I live in the USA and our family physician of many years retired. We are trying to find a new GP without success. We sought a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine thinking we would step away from the main stream treatments, meds and inoculations, opting to work our health through lifestyle using much the plan you outlined here (Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise and reducing negative inputs of Stress, Alcohol, Smoking, etc.). I am not happy with the selections to date. Anyway, thank you for your informative posts and generous smile.
Great post Sam. With regards diet, the important thing to note is whether or not you can get all the nutrients you need just from food. Unfortunately, the answer is that you can't. Modern farming methods have stripped the nutrients out of the soil. Did you know that in America selenium can only be found now in a few states! The body needs 60 minerals, 15 Vitamins, 13 Amino Acids and 2EFA's. Supplement with plant based nutrients as much as possible, colloidal is better. Exercise is essential as you state. The important issue here though is that too many people exercise too much whilst not getting the nutrients the body needs. This can be detrimental. An easy and great way to get the minerals you is sole. Natural saltwater drink. Natural salts ( eg. Celtic sea salt or Pink Himalayan etc) have all the minerals the body needs and when made up in a water solution is the best isotonic drink you can have. Cheap easy and very , very effective. Eliminate Stress. This covers three aspects. 1. Physical Stress. If someone has bad posture, forward head carriage or scoliosis, this puts stress on the nervous system. Must be corrected! 2. Emotional Stress - Anxiety, depression. You need to work on the mind. Meditation, self-affirmations. 3. Toxic Stress. Toxins are all around us. From the foods that are processed and full of chemicals to the environmental toxins like air pollutants, wifi and the G's (3,4 and 5). The ones we can control most are what we put in our mouths. If man-made it! Don't eat it. Heal the Gut! It doesn't matter what you consume if it can't be absorbed. Too many foods ( Wheat, barley, Rye and Oats inparticular) damage the lining of the intestine, destroying the villi, leading to leaky gut. This key to boosting the immune system. Cultivate a good environment by feeding the microbiome in the gut fermented foods. Drink clean water! But don't drink at meal times. This perhaps one of the simplest things to do to help digestion. Too many people drink whilst eating. All this does is neutralize your stomach acids thus impacting your ability to properly start the breakdown process. Keep up the good work. Jx
Great video as always, I would hope you could do a video on vertigo and what you can do to prevent it. Also I recently bought your new book, VIRUS MANIA it is a god send, informative, concise, and a great read in this time of science misinformation. I use the knowledge to educate others. Thank you for all the great work.
Dr Sam, regarding sleep and health. Could you please make a video regarding sleep and health for shift workers please? Does working shifts really harm our health and cause premature death?
For 40 years, I smoked habitually, but in September 2017 I abruptly stopped. After just a few days, the most amazing changes took place in my body, and meanwhile I feel physically decades younger than I did four years ago. I never stopped hiking in the country, but now I do it better. 🙂
Dr Bailey, I do grow my own garden and I do can food of all kinds I just left a note on the other page so glad to find this one. I am not overweight at this time every now and then I do need to lose 10 pounds or so. Thank you so much.
Nice as always. The way you share medical information is always informative and enjoyable. I smoke, drink too much, eat ok, but feel great at 50. I work pretty hard but not always as hard as exersize may get my heart and lungs to pumping good. Fast motorcycle rides and blue lights behind me do that!
We've been taking 5,000iu of Vitamin D since march and we've noticed huge improvements in our health - including one family member in their 80's who's 8 years of knee when away within 2 weeks. And a friend in his 50's who's backache reduced 80% also after 2 weeks. Also noticed a cyst on my wrist I had for 5 years finally went away after 5 months of Vitamin D at 5,000iu
fwiw, I will say it since I usually see others saying it. ;) don't forget the zinc and vitamin K too. It helps Vit D. And Vit D is fat soluable so you may need to consume a simple fat (like a choclate) at same time to also increase usage.
We grow our own organic veges & meat, drink raw milk & make probiotic kefir yogurt. Make sourdough bread & eat unprocessed food in general. Get plenty of fresh air & sunlight & we never get sick.

Thank you
You Rock! In one word, genuine! The real deal. Thank You
Great job as always.
A shining light in a dark world
Love you ❤
Maam, I've watched hundreds of hours of TH-cam videos and it's is Absolutely the Best in this Topic!!........ However methinks you could/should have included Magnesium. Subscribed!😇
Noted!! - thanks for subbing :)
Awesome video. What I want to know is how to get rid of the Covid vaccine forced into me
Nattokinase enzyme dissolves spike protein white fibres and normal plaque from seed oils
Great information as usual Dr. Sam
Noted that you felt the need to refer to uncensored platforms. Very telling. Thanks.
Thanks!

I love this NIgel, especially point 8 😀
You are a breath of fresh air yourself dr sam
I love Dr.sam
just found this remarkable vlog today . thank you Professor !
Good stuff
Thank you doctor for this valuable overview! I really love the way you stress out “common colds” 😉 stress is indeed toxic! May be you can talk more about toxicity in your future videos. Just as always I love your videos 😍
Thanks Dr S, keep the truth coming.🙏
I appreciate your videos Dr. Sam. To help boost my immune system I take elderberry syrup that I cook up and pour into mason jars. Keep refrigerated of course and even freeze a batch for the cold season. P.S. Also add NAC to smoothies plus vitamin C, along with other super foods like Maca root powder to name one.
N-acetyle cistiene you mean NAC?
Helpful video 🥰
Id Love to hear your thoughts on amino acids for emotional wellbeing, addiction and anxiety. Also the benefits of Iodine as a supplement. Thanks
Awesome as usual!
You are doing a great Job in educating us about our health.
Thank you soooo much doctor.
👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌✌️✌️✌️✌️💖💖💖💖💖💖💕💕💕💕💐💐💐💐💐💐💐
Thanks. 🙂 As always, great information from Dr Sam. ♥️
Excellent talk. My only comment is stress isn’t always easy to reduce.
Luv ya from Pittsburgh, PA, USA 💖
Jx
You're a gem doc. Thank you
Great info ... Thanks .... I grow wheat grass, pea & sunflower sprouts, indoors in 8 days. :) ... Vegan whole plant based foods...... :)
Great video as always, I would hope you could do a video on vertigo and what you can do to prevent it. Also I recently bought your new book, VIRUS MANIA it is a god send, informative, concise, and a great read in this time of science misinformation. I use the knowledge to educate others. Thank you for all the great work.
Such a good person, so informative 😚. Can you imagine having a doctor in Dr Sam.
Dr Sam excellent ... All the things we should be doing ...
I would like your opinion on 'Fasting' having read about it for losing weight and combatting disease and other problems.
Another informative video, thanks for taking the time to help us all. 👍
Nice to see your subscribers have surpassed the 100k mark.
Thank you! Excellent video Dr. Sam!
Thank you for the information. I love your videos and your kind heart to help people.
Just subscribed. Liking the look of this chanel. Respect from Liverpool UK 🇬🇧
Great videos Dr. Thanks @ greetings from Chicago
Need to take K@ as well to ensure the calcium stimulated by Vit D goes to bones and teeth and not arteries. 5,000 i.u seems high too.
K2 I meant.
Just watching you Dr. Sam , informative ! Vitamin supplements .........
You're ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!♥
Excellent advice as always. Thanks Dr. Sam
