Purely anecdotal, but before its use I suffered from year long nasal issues that are all but gone since supplementation. When you are looking for a high-quality quercetin supplement, one important thing to take into consideration is the form it takes. The form of quercetin that is most readily absorbed by the human body is quercetin dihydrate. Quercetin glycoside, aglycone, and rutinoside are not as bioavailable.

    • @uncaskillet

That is tough to compary Quercetin withh NAC. For about 2 decades now, if I ave ever felt weakness like the flu was cominig my way, or a cold, or whether I had a few incidences of Ecoli, and one of Salmonella, I would start eating an organic red onion. It has not failed me to this day, and it generally works within a couple of hours. I understand a lot of people might have fetishes about onions, but I will never be one of them, because of my experiences. I would say Quercetin, particularly in onions, can give NAC a run for its money. I really appreciate the depth you incorporate into your presentations. They are excellent. Thank you for sharing.

I have been taught that the best way to stay healthy is to consume a full variety of fruits and vegetables, the more colourful the better.
I will still supplement my diet with Quercetin, Vitamin D, Zinc etc, for 5 or so days, if I get the flu, as recommended by the FLCCC protocol.

How about Tumeric? I have been taking it at the recommendation of a medical doctor some years ago. It seems to work well for general aches and such. One thing I have discovered from some of my foreign coworkers is that Tumeric is a seasoning or spice in a lot of their cooking. The ones I work with tend not to need other medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

Some thoughts. My mum is the same age as the queen. As a child she used to play in the garden and even eat soil. She spent time on the family farm as a child too, mixed with the animals. Me as a child was often sick and got blasted with anti biotics and developed exzema which wasn't eczema. Then I read up on the Avermectin family of medicines to see that they come from a bacteria that lives in soil. I'm just making a link from soil to bacteria to medicine to antibiotics to lack of immune to parasites

Yes, Quercetin is a Zinc Ionophore increasing intracellular zinc levels that then interfere with the SARS-CoV-2 RdRp replication pathway. This is the reason I take this supplement combination: Q+Z.
For more on this search YT for MedCram (Dr. Seheult) Quercetin Zinc (Coronavirus Update 59).
