    Been drinking home distilled water now for 20 years. Learned it from Paul Bragg's books way back then. I'm almost 50 but fit as a fiddle and always get asked "what's the secret?". Also have enough mental clarity to recognise that we are currently being taken for a ride with this "plandemic". Thanks Dr Sam for spreading the truth yet again.

    Another easy technique to oxidise water is one that used to be commonly practised a few generations back. Pour water from one glass to another, several times. The motion back and forth adds aeration to the water, making "living" water.

    This is so timely for me. I'm from Glasgow Scotland. Our water is supposed to be one of the best but I don't agree at all. I can't stand the smell or taste from the water that's supplied to my home. I've boiled my water to drink for a few years now but for the last few months I've been buying bottle spring water. This week I decided to buy a water distiller and glass bottles. This little video was a timely nudge to let me know I done the right thing. Thank you for this. I have only been drinking boiled water for years now. Tap water tastes disgusting. Leaving the water to boil for about one or two minutes and then leaving to stand uncovered for 24 hours seems to get rid of the chemicals. I only use a stainless steel kettle and glass jug.

      Check the fluoridationaustralia to see that fluroride is toxic. Boiling water makes this toxic substance more concentrated. Chlorine compounds the same. Boiling kills friendly bacteria and puts pure H2O into the air. Boiling makes the water worse unless the water has excess bacteria and parasites. The normal water supply does not have excess bacteria or any parasites.

They produce the hormones, etc needed for the organs, the organs then make what’s needed for muscles. First sin in most religions is food, and they encourage fasting. Feet absorb more than the stomach, walk barefoot and bathe in the ocean or salt bath. If you eat food, distilled is best. For fasting on only water, spring water is usually best. 💙 & ✌️

      I worry about the fracking that has been permitted near and on farm land, too, that contaminants ground water with solvents that can't be filtered out. California Governor Newsom granted permits for fracking in the Central Valley during the "pandemic" - which demonstrates protecting public health is not actually among his considerations while he imposed medical martial law. It had been that half of the nation's produce was grown in the Central Valley.

    • @gazthewoodsman6483
      @gazthewoodsman6483 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The primary premise of "intensive farming" causing harm to our waterways is the same as covid and the pfizer injection: global communistic government/NWO. Under the UN agendas 21/2030 NZ is not a farming nation so "intensive farming" must be reduced, then they will come for the smaller agricultural operations.
      You only know it is "intensive farming" causing increased nitrate levels because the government says so. One of our local rivers was sampled for nitrates. The nitrate levels were highest as the water exited national forest park closest to the source, and decreased as it went through farmlands. Years ago that would have sparked a national survey of all our rivers and waterways to ethically assess nitrate levels and sources.
      The other very real consideration is if the NZ government purposely lies to us about the pfizer injection and also purposely ignores or suppresses the 45+ deaths after injection, they could very conceivably lie about nitrate levels in our waterways.

    Top stuff as usual for Dr. Sam. When I was in paramedic school they taught us not to write on the plastic IV bags with Sharpie pens because the toluene passed right through the plastic. Now, think about what's on the hands of everyone who handles the bottles your drink from. I know of several local water brands that are simply drawn from an ordinary drilled well right next to fields, highways and the Intracoastal Waterway. One caveat with any type of distilled, R.O. or deionized water- hypotonic water is rapidly absorbed in the buccal mucosa of the mouth, esophagus and stomach into the bloodstream. It can re-hydrate quickly but if injected it can cause hemolysis of red blood corpuscles by causing them to swell until they burst. Normal saline is considered isotonic at 0.9% sodium chloride. A pinch of the right electrolytes are recommended. It is claimed (Dr. Sam taught me to question all I was taught) that a salt water drowning draws water into the lungs whereas a fresh water drowning causes hemolysis. More recent data I think proves very little water enters the lungs as most drownings are actually a sustained laryngospasm of the epiglottis clamping down so you suffocate. Not sure who to trust anymore but I'm sure I don't trust Big Pharma or the gov't. Love the honesty, passion, and humor of Dr. Sam. Can we adopt her for the US? BTW, read Virus Mania- it will blow your socks off.

    Thank you Dr. Bailey! I live in a 59 year old condo complex in Phoenix, AZ. Our water pipes are currently being "repaired" via a process that coats the insides of the eroding pipes with a durable polymer/plastic substance. I've heard that water stored in plastic is ok so long as it is not hot. But here in the Phoenix area even my cold water runs at a very warm temperature nearly half of the year because of the outside heat. Our water pipes are poorly protected from that heat. And our community water heater turns our hot water almost scalding hot! I stopped drinking the tap water when I moved here eight years ago because it tasted terrible. I buy bottled water for drinking and cooking. Should I be concerned about the prospect of bathing in water that first sits in very hot plastic lined pipes for tens of hours? Should I be concerned about the extremely hot water from our water heater running through these plastic lined pipes? The decision to line the pipes with plastic was put up to a vote of the residents by our corrupt HOA, btw. I voted no. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!

    Black tea and rum will purify any water. I have spent more than 60 years travelling around Australia and have had to drink some terrible water out of creeks and puddles and sometimes out of taps. My tip is boil it and add black tea, if it is a bit salty add a dash of rum.

    I don't have a high-level filter (yet), but have been stirring my drinking water as described by Dr Cowan. It really focuses my attention on the water, and also seems to bring out a different quality - after creating vortexes in different directions, I'm able to see how water can take on that 'fourth phase' and become gel-like.

    My favorite bottled water is Mivela ( from Serbia), super high in Magnesium, low in Calcium, taste a bit sweet and it’s awesome. Very underadvertised, but so far, the best mineral content

    • @kelhawk1
      @kelhawk1 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I keep hearing we absorb our minerals from plants, not water. Our cells can only use pure water, so water with lots of minerals is more of a hassle than benefit.

    • @saraandstuartshannon2160
      @saraandstuartshannon2160 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kelhawk1 not sure that’s true as my grandma had arthritis and only certain water helped her. We bought her some vitamins with high magnesium content, but she couldn’t move her fingers and was in big pain, so, we got her this water again, and she was fine. So, definitely wasn’t the plant’s or even pills that did the job. When I was pregnant, the only water I could drink was French water Boduis, nothing else worked for me, and every other water even made me sick, which was very difficult for us, as it’s not easy to get this water, and only one shop would have it.

    • @kelhawk1
      @kelhawk1 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@saraandstuartshannon2160 Perhaps "certain water" was more easily metabolized by the cells, for reasons that had nothing to do with the mineral content. Her body may have simply had an easier time getting at the water needed to relieve her arthritis pain. I don't believe only mineral ingestion has ever been shown to relieve arthritis pain, which is the bodies response to chronic dehydration.

      @@kelhawk1 I can do any research in the world. Some research shows we should eat plants only, some that we shouldn’t. Some say we should drink 2L of water daily, some we should drink when we are thirsty. So many researches make sense when you look up to it. I can’t care less about researching as long as what I am doing is working well for me. Drinking certain water with certain mineral content did wonders to my health, and no research will change my personal experience

    Hey Sam. I met Gerald Pollack when he came to Otago to speak to staff. My area is exercise metabolism and physiology, with primary interests in how light and pulsed fields interact with water in the cell and the light dynamics in mitochondrial respiration. As far as water goes, once you get the role of deuterium and where it is found in nature, glacial water makes a lot of sense ([d20] is a function of altitude and is excluded by the EZ). Even more importantly, water produced by the mitos is devoid of d20. Obviously lipid metabolism produces masses of water (1.1mL for every 1g). D20 is like superglue to cytochromes due to its size and rotational inertia. Anywho, keep up the good work... I just bought your book!

    Thanks Doc. I have a well on my property and use a home distiller for my drinking water. I add electrolyte drops after distilling. Does distilling remove any and all ground contaminants? It seems reasonable that if the water becomes steam and then precipitates back to water that the water in the precip jar must be water and only water. Your thoughts please..thanks.

    Hi Dr. Sam and readers. It's common knowledge that it is best to avoid keeping water in plastic bottles, but what about the plastic water tanks most of us rural rain water collectors store our water in?? And further more it then runs through plastic pipes, plastic water filters... oh yeah, plastic gutters and down pipes. Even the Puretec RO270 is plastic. One would presume all these plastics have been tested for safe water storage... But no one really talks about these. Can anyone help?

    Two questions. You recommend glass as opposed to plastic container for holding water. In India, they recommend copper vessels. What are your thoughts if you have any?
    2. The yogis of India warn of consuming fluoride as it calcifies the seat of superconsciousness (third eye) located between the eyebrows, preventing self realization/ spiritual salvation.
    What are your thoughts if any?

The oxygen you breath in plus the hydrogen from the fat form perfect clean water. Of course I don't know what happens to any potential toxins stored in your body fat.
