안녕하세요 오늘은 미니 도시락 케이크를 만들어봤습니다. 크림치즈나 버터크림,생크림을 이용해서 케이크를 자기만의 스타일과 디자인으로 주문제작 하는게 몇년 전부터 유행하기 시작했는데, 요즘은 저렇게 작은 사이즈로 많이 사먹더라구요 케이크 시트와 크림을 만드는것 까진 쉽고 간단한데 크림을 조색하고 장식하는 과정에서 시간이 꽤 걸렸어요. 저 작은 사이즈에서도 하나당 거의 3~40분이 걸리더라구요..😭 레터링 케이크는 처음 시도하는거라 오래 걸리긴 했지만 더 디테일한 디자인으로 만들려면 거의 한시간정도 걸릴것 같아요 크림을 조색하는 장면은 영상이 길어질것 같아서 생략을 했습니다. 제가 사용한 색소는 '쉐프 마스터'의 '수용성 색소'를 사용했고 혹시나 버터크림으로 만들고싶다 싶으신 분들은 수용성 색소가 아닌 지용성 색소를 이용해서 만들어주세요. (수용성은 버터의 기름 성분때문에 색이 분리되거나 색이 선명하게 안나올수 있습니다) 크림치즈용 크림은 잘못 만들면 크림치즈가 물러져버려서 케이크가 녹아내리는 현상이 생길수 있기 때문에 크림치즈를 휘핑할땐 덩어리만 부드럽게 풀어준다는 느낌으로 가볍게 휘핑을 하고 그 이상 오버 휘핑은 하지 않는게 좋습니다. 다양하게 디자인을 만들어서 여러분만의 예쁘고 아기자기한 레터링 케이크를 만들어보세요! 시청해주셔서 감사합니다. 오늘도 맛있는 하루 되세요☺

LMAO HAHAH but in tasty,(like that ultra famous cooking chanel) one of the cooks called alix, also eats cakes from the middle its hilarious. You can see her doing that in a video called "can rie make skittles fancy"

I saw these on tik tok and I immediately ran to my kitchen, found a little cake tin from a set of cake tier pans, and yelled at my mom "Hey we have little cake pans and I want to make mini cakes!" 😂😂
@@aezhlalleonedecarebutoc575 unfortunately I was missing some ingridients so it didn't go well. But my friends made me a really similiar one. A small cake with three little frogs it was sooo good!! I dont know how she did it tho... and if you tried it tell me how it went for you!! if youre still planning on doing it good luckk! oh and btw i'd suggest you buy a cake mix because its much easier to just follow the recipe then you can decorate it as you want. Because I kinda struggled maybe it's just because I suck at backing hahaha
@@reiko7776 hi! yes I've tried it and it was okay.. Although my frosting went wrong because it was too liquidy and I don't know where I done it wrong (bc I followed the recipe meticulously). But it did taste good though. I'll give this another try next time. Thanks for the reply!
@@aezhlalleonedecarebutoc575 hi again! could it be that you mixed the frosting for too long. because my sister once tried to do a frosting and accidently mixed it longer and it turned kinda clumpy and liquidy. it could also have to do smth with the product. maybe the product theyre using in the video has added fat or something? it also happens with me everytime I follow a recipe haha even tho I have the right ingredients and follow the recipe perfectly its not always the same maybe you can try different recipes? or videos?
I am planning to do this recipe soon for my mother's upcoming birthday, and was wondering if I were to omit using cocoa powder because she dislikes chocolate, how would the measurements change? Do I add the same amount of cake flour or do I add the extra 15g from the cocoa powder and convert it into cake flour? Also was wondering, is starch syrup and corn syrup the same? can I use corn syrup instead?

Not sure if the starch syrup has any particular taste but I can asure you that I you replace it wiith honey it’s going to have a really strong taste of it
