사랑스러운 파스텔 색의 레인보우 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요~
생크림을 샌드한 기본적인 크레이프 케이크인데 색을 6가지로 만들어 구우니 사랑스러운 느낌이 가득한 것 같아요~
진한 색의 레인보우 크레이프 케이크도 예쁘지만 색소가 너무 많이 들어가서 은은하게 색을 내서 파스텔 톤으로 만들었는데 더 예쁜 것 같아요~^^
1색당 3장의 크레이프를 구워 총 18층으로 층으로 쌓았더니 높이감이 적당해서 좋더라구요~
같은 색을 연달아 3장씩 쌓아 만들어도 예쁠 것 같아요~
바로 먹으면 쫄깃한 크레이프 식감을 느낄 수 있고 냉장실에서 하루 정도 굳혔다 먹어도 맛있답니다~^^

▶재료
달걀 5개
설탕 65g
소금 1g
바닐라익스트랙 5g
박력분 250g
우유 625g
녹인 무염버터 90g
식용색소 (빨강,주황,노랑,초록,파랑,보라,하양)
휘핑한 생크림 (생크림 500g + 설탕 50g)
▶레시피
1. 달걀에 설탕, 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 우유 125g을 넣고 섞은 뒤 남은 우유 500g을 넣고 섞는다.
3. 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞고 체에 거른 뒤 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 숙성시킨다.
4. 반죽을 6개로 나누고 식용색소를 넣어 색을 낸다.
5. 약불로 달군 팬에 크레이프 반죽을 붓고 넓게 편 뒤 기포가 올라오면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익히고 식힌다.
6. 돌림판 위에 크레이프 1장을 올리고 휘핑한 생크림을 얇게 발라 층층히 쌓는다.

250g Cake flour
625g Milk
90g Melted unsalted butter
Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white)
Whipped cream (500g whipping cream + 50g sugar)

If that really is a problem for you then you need to get yourself a better pan that is actually non-stick. They should be extremely easy to flip. Also… Did you remember to put butter in your batter? Finally, you can always put a little bit of non-stick spray on the pan every once while cooking them to be doubly sure you will never have a problem flipping them.

пищевой краситель (красный, оранжевый, желтый, зеленый, синий, фиолетовый, белый)
Взбитые сливки (500 г взбитых сливок + 50 г сахара)
▶Рецепт
1. Смешайте яйца с сахаром и солью, затем добавьте ванильный экстракт и перемешайте.
2. Просейте мягкую муку, добавьте 125 г молока и перемешайте, затем добавьте 500 г оставшегося молока и перемешайте.
3. Добавить растопленное несоленое сливочное масло, перемешать, процедить и поставить бродить в холодильник на 1 час.
4. Разделите тесто на 6 частей и добавьте пищевой краситель для цвета.
5. Вылейте блинное тесто в разогретую на слабом огне сковороду, разровняйте, а когда поднимутся пузырьки, переверните, чтобы еще немного поджарить и охладить.
6. Положите 1 блин на вращающуюся тарелку, тонким слоем смажьте взбитыми сливками и уложите их слоями.

Pptat0 Lemon wanna make it even simpler? Put all of the ingredients into a large jar at the same time and mix with an immerison blender. Its that easy, Ive done it multiple times.

For anyone who doesn't have whipping cream:
I only had condensed milk and coconut milk, so I mixed the two together with some instant coffee and some sliced up bananas.
I spread the banana out between the layers, with small drizzles of the coffee-cream to avoid sogginess.
I then chilled this in the fridge until satisfied.
Super delicious if you don't have any cream at home 😋

Me and my family tried this and it turned out alright. The flipping almost felt like flipping tortillas.I used someone’s comment to convert the measurements and it turned out alright except that it felt like it barely had any sugar. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to taste like that but be sure to put a lil more sugar as it may taste kinda tasteless without. Also don’t put to much oil or butter in the pan or it’ll get super greasy and won’t stick to the cream. :)
maybe it's because this person is probably Korean and has a Korean/Asian taste palette, and Koreans are all about rice LOL.

Last year today, was the day I finally realized and accepted that I was gay despite living in an extremely homophobic family.
