Thank you soo much. 💛💛💛The cream that I use is very stable itself so I use condensed milk just to flavour the cream. Like other cream, I do keep it in fridge it at all time. Hope this helps.

I was going to ask what stabilizer she used because that is just whipped cream and it will definitely deflate. Personally I use gelatin so it keeps in the fridge and freezer.(I would ice and decorate cupcakes before freezing them, they thaw out keeping their shape. I kept left over frosting in a bag in th fridge and still was usable a week later) and can be left out for up to 2 hours no problems.
