Been waiting for you do do a test on the V100. Totally agree with what you have said about this bike. The S version is fabulous, I know I got mine on the 29th December. The slow speed handling on this bike is impeccable, it trickles along at sub walking speeds so easily( it is way better at this than my V7 850 Guzzi), which for me as a short rider (5ft6 and 29inleg) is really valuable when coming up to traffic lights so I dont have to put my feet down. As a shorty the standard seat is a little high but it is manageable. (I am waiting for the lower seat) At the moment I am finding that the fuel reserve light comes on at 170-190 miles and takes about 12 and bit litres. Havent tried to run it far beyond the point where the reserve light comes on. The fancy Ohlins suspension is the business. We have some pretty awful surfaced roads here in South Wales and the S just seems to take everything in its stride. As to the brakes well, superlative is an understatement. I am still underestimating how effective they are (now got 1600 miles on the bike) I will say that in tour and rain mode there is a lot of fork dive on the S, which can be dialled out by adjusting the brake assist suspension setting for the front forks. The seat is very comfortable for several hours and those little wings work very well at diverting rain away from the tops of the riders thighs. The one downside of the Mandello is that it is a positive muck magnet, a ride during one of UKs wet winter days will see the bike covered in road muck. As the front fender is so short the front of the engine and that radiator takes a right pummelling from road detritus. The rear hugger is just as useless. But then if I couldnt take a joke I shouldnt be riding a shiny new bike in the middle of British winter with salt and muck all over the roads. Im loving this bike. If you haven't had a chance to try one get along to your local Guzzi dealer, if you can find one close that is, as the biggest gripe about Guzzi's is the sparse dealer coverage.
Thank you! It's always great hearing from actual owners, I appreciate the time you took to let us all know your experience with the bike. take care & keep us all updated as you go through life with a Guzzi, Scott
QS from 1st to 2nd are very difficult to do especially on Boxers (BMW). Simply because the distance between 1st & 2nd is so big it's hard for the computer to get it right. The rest of the gears are closer together and therefore easy to get right. Even on my 1250RT, 1st to 2nd using the QS is clunky to say the least, I just use the clutch but the rest of the gears I always use the QS...smooth as silk. Although KTM, Triumph, Ducati, Aprilia, Honda, Yamaha usually get the QS right from 1st to 2nd, so why BMW can't is beyond me. (The BMW "guys" say some of that has to do with the shaft drive too but my response to that is: "Triumph got it right on the new Tiger 1200 and that's shaft drive!") take care, Scott
That is a beautiful motorcycle. Thoroughly enjoy your well produced videos, and as usual quite comprehensive as well. You are very right, the S model is the way to go. As always great work👏
Good to see you back, Scott. Been waiting for this one. This is the first bike I've found which MAY tempt me away from my 1250RS. Gonna need to ride one, but it'll need to be the S model for a fair comparison, I think. Great stuff, thanks.
Welcome back! I am old so love sports tourers. I've owned a ton of Guzzis. I've been waiting for this from them for a long time. I ordered this 6 months ago. I take delivery next month!
So i gotta ask... how do you think it compares to the 1250RS? I have received my v100 and i like it but don't love it as much as i thought i would. If it was you, and you had your choice, which one would you choose?
Nice to see you back on the screen! Especially with the V100! I own a 1200 Norge 8v GT and I think only the Mandello could change that. Great vid! Thanks
Thanks for the review! I'm going to pick this up for sure. Loving it and seems like a great upgrade from my v7 racer. The countryside you're riding in is BEAUTIFUL! What a gorgeous place to live and ride in.
Very nice review! This is the most interesting Guzzi for a long time I think. It combines 100 years of tradition with modern requirements concerning tech. It looks really nice in all red 🤩
First time I saw this bike in a dealer showroom and I'm blown away on how beautiful this bike is. Planning to get the new Suzuki 1050, but now I'm having trouble deciding. I need to test ride it first
I wondered where you'd gone. Welcome back. I love the look of this bike especially in the red and white of the standard model. I wish it had been available when I bought my Tracer 9GT last year.
For me Moto Guzzi is a name that seems to be from the past, I forget they're still making bikes, I hope this bike brings them a new customer base, I'd definitely consider one if I was in the market.
Thank you for this review. You have added to the body of reviews out there. I appreciate what you present. Also. The tables, and expanded tables are great.
Scott Great video. Very interesting motorcycle. It's nice to see they are really upping their game wit liquid cooling and electronic suspension. I think Motoguzzi will be around for a long time! Ride SAFE and BE safe Scott! Cheers
"I want to stay out and keep going." ... this is why I've been logging more miles than ever before - 4300 miles in 6 weeks of riding. This bike is artful, comfortable and inviting but still has all of the performance it needs to be a thrilling ride.
That is a truly beautiful bike down to the details. I rode a Guzzi that was 15 years old or so and really hated it due to the twisting nature of the drivetrain when you accelerated or revved the engine. I was hoping to love it.
I'm liking it as well, thinking this may be my all-weather commuter with a strong fun factor, but not too strong, just right! Gorgeous machine, of course that's a Guzzi trait in my eyes, always has been!
Haven't been keeping up with your reviews as of late, due to life but I'm binging a few right now. Great stuff. Love what you're doing with the spec-sheets. Keep it up, ride safe.
Nice review! I really like the styling. It looks well proportioned to me! I also love that it has a key, and they didn't go keyfob style. My Tiger is having issues with the fob. New unit is on it's way from Triumph. I wonder how this would do off road ;)
Congratulations for the video. It's very complete and funny. The bike is very beautiful. I'd would like to prove it soon. Un saludo enorme desde Zaragoza (España). Me encanta que haya traducción en subtitulos en español en tus vídeos. Muchas gracias 👍🏻👍🏻✌🏻
Recently did a test ride on the S, and I absolutely loved it. It does take a little while for the magic to work, but I found it great in the city (Paris), brilliant on the motorway and very flickable on the few bends I encountered
Great review. I have a V7 and I'm not sure I'd like the new style but she is gorgeous. Thanks for showing some landscape in the sun. I miss Germany sometimes ...
Great review Picking my v100 up shortly. Dont need the S functionality and got an amazing deal which would seem me pay an extra £4,200 for the bike. I’ll get the suspension sorted by a specialist
Great stuff, best review of the Mandello I've seen. Always been tempted by Guzzis and had a couple (Stevio 1200 and Breva 1100) but never quite gelled, maybe with the Mandello...?
Very interesting bike! I'm glad sport-touring is still alive:) and wondering how does it compare to BMW R1250R or RS? I went for R1250R now as it is more agile on curvy roads than RS, but I use it mostly on longer joureys also often with my piliion, so I've added some wind protection to it. This Guzzi looks like a mixture of R1250R and RS what is exactly what I'm looking for, but can it really compete in terms of driving agility, refinement and comfort? The RT is too much biker for me as my goal is to have the most fun in the bends:) I'm curious what do You think about it!
Its good to see you "like" the standard model because it shows the basic quality of the machine. Of course the S will be better but that's true of any brand. Will be interesting to see what other models will come with this engine. I would like to see you test the "under tested" BMW R1250R. This bike does not get enough attention. When will you get one to test ?
6:14 great to see this information included and considered. Part of my buying decision for my F900R was that in 2020 when I ordered it, it was one of the cleanest running bikes available, at the time most of the competition had yet to be updated for Euro5. I get plenty of eye rolls for even considering fuel consumption and emissions when comparing bikes, but a clean-running efficient engine is making more power per unit of fuel, who wouldn't want more power for the same cost?
Looks are great. Have a BMW R1200RS and it’s a great machine in so many ways, the weight is all that works against it as I get older, I so wanted the V100 to be at an advantage in that aspect, sad to see that isn’t the case.
Always enjoy your reviews. I have now subscribed. Not sure when this bike will show up at my closest dealer but I will definitely check it out when it arrives.
I test rode a sport 1100i when they first came out, but didn’t buy it. What an amazing machine. I’m looking forward to the off-road or more upright version of this bike coming soon. I’ll take the first one that lands on U.S. soil
Good to see ya reviewing again (IMO you are one of the best motorcycle reviewers out there). I LOVE this Guzzi (all Guzzi's for that matter). What prevented me from ever getting one, is the limited dealerships/availability of parts (particularly living in a small town in the upper northwest of Washington), maybe I'm just too cautious/ worried if it should have a problem?!?)
It's always a problem when "falling in love" but who cares at that point??? take care & don't be afraid to fall, you'll find your ground eventually, Scott
Great review as always. I have the Avioazione Navale limited edition on order and it should be arriving end of Feb or early Mar. I have a 2019 R1250RT that has started giving me problems in the last three months and my local dealer has no clue how to fix it. I can ride highway/country roads for an hour or more and stop for fuel. After fill up, bike will not start. It seems like battery is dead. If I shut off ignition and wait 30 minutes it starts fine. Almost like something needs to reset. Only thing my dealer has captured is a low voltage error code after. They have no idea how to address it though and I only have 2 months left on my warranty. Very disappointed in BMW.
The weather must be better, good to see you back! Love this bike, just to pricey for me, waiting for the GSX-8S to make a bike change this year, to big for the new Hornet, unfortunately!
Nice Videos and very honest down to earth opinions that are actually useful. Greetings from Belgium. I know the roads you take in "Ostwestfalen" as I lived there for a long time... long time ago. I currently ride a Ninja 1000sx which I love, it's a pity that the V100 is 22 hp down for the same weight as the looks and the shaft drive would tempt me.
Beautiful input for the on/off touring category. I like where moto guzzi is heading with their designs, cause let's face it, v7 and v9 were a bit dull and traditional on the outside with the exception of some special trims like the v7 cr that was a bit over the top.
Thank you for a great review. I've had different Guzzis, and like liking your (very excelent) plus other real rider feedback. I like the Mondello style and the specs and build quality are excellent. My last guzzi was a 2006 Griso, most non guzzi riders thought 2016 to 2018 model with a undefinable style holding no contemporaries. With 5 speed clunky box, unusual (compared to mainstream) engine dynamics, shaft slap, long wheel base, etc requiring rider input and compensation not required on Japanese bikes. In a sence for me the question is "Do I want a 'refined' Guzzi", so how do the traditional foibles and nuances associated with (and loved by Guzzistia) transfer to the V100 from previous generations? Any thoughts?
At around 10' you demonstrate the 'quickshifter' up & down. I see your right hand moving, especially on the downshift - the whole idea is that you simply close the throttle & the AUTO blipper blips the gas AUTOMATICALLY - you'll simply confuse the system by trying to do it yourself. Same on the upshift - you should simply maintain gas OPEN (the more the better!!) - closing gas will make the change worse!. Apart from that, great review!!!!
@@NothingToProve Oooops!! My bad, sorry. Indeed you did very clearly state that this was the basic bike. Just realised that I wasn't subscribed to your channel, thought I was - I am now😀. Keep up the great work with your really informative reviews. Also like when you do touring vlogs. Best regards from Valencia, Spain. John✌
Welcome home on the Sauerland-streets, Scott. Great review about a 18:55 good-looking Italian guy (or is it a lady there?). The quality impression seems good, let‘s hope that the MG doesn‘t have to stay too often at the motor-doctor as other Italians
LOL, a blond Italian lady...hmm... LOL! Hi Marcel, hope all is well with you and you are staying warm this winter and soon spring will be here! Then the season starts!!! take care, Scott
Excellent video, as you have always privileged us! Didn’t catch if you said anything about the aerodynamics and the wind protection of the electric fairing on this Mandello Moto Guzzi bike. Have watched the part where you talk and test the winglets located on the sides of the gas tank, but didn’t catch what was your opinion about the wind protection that you get riding this bike. I went for the BMW S 1000 XR pack M, that is considerably different, with an incline more over the sport side than the touring thing, but after this review video, my appetite to try it has been turned on to the awakened mode !😄
I just tested this bike yesterday. It reminds me so much of my Honda VFR800x , Super smooth like a honda but not top heavy, weight is down low. Power and grunt of engine is exactly same. Pulls strong from bottom end without stutters. And engine doesn't rattle. But in sound department it sounds alot. But its a motorcycle for people with smaller statue like me 170cm. Its a compact rider geometry. I would say the engine is performing better then on paper. Rear break is was very weak and switchgears are from a Aprilia and can feel a bit to plastic for this style of bike. Only downside i would say.
Hi Scott- this question is off subject, but have you heard anything about the 2023 Tracer 9 GT+? For some reason Yamaha stated its not coming to the states in 2023? Sounds like they've fixed alot if not all of the common complaints of the current model. Looking forward to spring!
Well, all OEMs are having problems delivering what they said they'd deliver since the "shipping container" problems started a few years ago, especially when containers are coming from Asia to the west (And of course COVID). So if and when is all "hush hush" so to speak or they just say "it's coming!" BUT they don't say when 😢 But the GT+ costs 2k more than the GT and all you are getting for that 2k is a 7"TFT, ACC & a first for Yamaha - linked braking system - but Honda has been doing that for over 2 decades, so why it took Yamaha over 20 years to do it is beyond me. So of course I'll be on one as soon as one becomes available but with just 3 new things to look at...hmm...all for 2k more...I probably won't be very positive about it. take care, Scott
Very nice video as always😎 Only pity is that you have said very few words on the adaptive aerodynamics and the windshield and how do they change the wind against the driver that for a touring bike could be very interesting but maybe now you are too used to your RT 😜 Great bike🤩
My brother, I am a subscriber and have really enjoyed so much of what you bring to my life as a motorcyclist. Thank you! Question, you have a set of riding jeans that I absolutely love. Would you mind sharing the brand, model etc. for the rest of us? Much appreciated!
Thank you. Those are the Trilobite Agnox jeans, great for spring & fall weather. Hot summer...no, then you'll see me wearing the lighter Trilobite Parado jeans. take care, Scott
Hey man thanks for the chart. My only note would be rather than listing every model generation maybe just "updated" so you know how long in the tooth the current model is.
Nice review... have owned first gen Le Mans...beautiful brute! Am looking for my next ST, so Mandello very tempting and hope you test S version and highlight upgrades, esp QS. Any future review of Suzuki ST entry, S1000GT? Would like your comparison take on the newest ST's. currently
Thank you! I've been trying to get my hands on both of those bikes but there are so few of them arriving on the European continent that they are all sold out and no "demo" bikes that I can barrow :(
I think this is a little bit closer to the Stelvio than the Griso. Same motor, but the Stelvio was more upright adventure-touring style, and had more of a fairing like the Mandello.
Really like the looks. It's not a bike I'd consider as it's very expensive and too heavy for my liking. I can totally get behind how Moto Guzzi made this a special "first" 21th century bike. I hope they sell good.
This feels lighter than the RS, probably because it is 10kg lighter...lol. And this has more leg room and a more upright riding position. The RS has a more "sporty" riding position, this more touring position. But the RS will walk away from this in a roll-on challenge, simply because it has way more torque with the boxer motor. (143 Nm vs. 105 Nm) take care, Scott
Tell me please, I am a proud owner of the 2000 V 85 10,000 miles over the last two years, and I am loving it! Do you feel like I would be happier, or I must say much happier if I were to trade up to the V 100? I’m not looking to spend the money but I would if you feel it is a significant difference and would be a good upgrade?
I just talked to a V85TT owner a few weeks ago after he test rode this same bike and he said it's great and he loves it but he said that the V85 has enough power and he's still in love with it, so he won't be trading for this. To me, if I already had a V85, I'd probably keep it but I reeeeeeealy love the looks of this, so I might switch based on looks...the heart wants what the heart wants! take care, Scott
Those have got to be the first automatic spoilers in motorcycle history. Only on cars have I seen that before. I wonder if MG has the patent or will other manufacturers now follow suit?
Been waiting for you do do a test on the V100. Totally agree with what you have said about this bike. The S version is fabulous, I know I got mine on the 29th December.

Curious to know your take on QS... my 2015 R1200R is rough on 1,2 gears...just fine all others up and down. Your Mandello S?
QS from 1st to 2nd are very difficult to do especially on Boxers (BMW). Simply because the distance between 1st & 2nd is so big it's hard for the computer to get it right. @@alanando Id say the Mandello QS is rough up and down in the first 3 gears but in 4-5-6 it is smooth up and down.
As for the short front fender, "you might" be able to find a fender extender (I got a Puig for my previous 2 beemers and it helped a lot)
Good to see you back producing quality motorcycle reviews.
That is a beautiful motorcycle. Thoroughly enjoy your well produced videos, and as usual quite comprehensive as well. You are very right, the S model is the way to go. As always great work👏
I think the bike looks sloppy and plasticy
Very nice!!!! Impressed with what they are doing with this bike. Nice to see you back!
Great to see you Scott! MG is back!
Good to see you back, Scott. Been waiting for this one. This is the first bike I've found which MAY tempt me away from my 1250RS. Gonna need to ride one, but it'll need to be the S model for a fair comparison, I think. Great stuff, thanks.
RS offers a more torque-y motor with a shiftcam, but less tempting look. Not sure if I'd consider such a switch

What a gorgeous bike !!! The design is really stunning.
Your videos are back
Awesome
Die muss ich unbedingt auch mal ausprobieren. Danke für das schöne Video 👍
Best review of the Mandello so far Scott - Nice !
And now for something completely different! Gorgeous bike, awesome sound. Glad to see you back, Scott!
"Completely different, Gorgeous bike, awesome sound" and the same old shitty dealers and parts availability. Been there - done that!
Very nice review! This is the most interesting Guzzi for a long time I think. It combines 100 years of tradition with modern requirements concerning tech. It looks really nice in all red 🤩

Missed your great reviews for a while. Thanks for sharing this one and keep them coming!!
Excellent video, good to see you, and what a gorgeous motorcycle!
Great review as always love this bike. I hope it's a big success for Moto Guzzi
I wondered where you'd gone. Welcome back. I love the look of this bike especially in the red and white of the standard model. I wish it had been available when I bought my Tracer 9GT last year.

these excel spreadsheets are incredible and since i follow you, i bought 3 bikes all decision based on your review and spreadsheet.
Thanks so much. I appreciate your reviews. Love the charts!
Love your videos. Waiting for reviews of transalp and hornet 😁ride safe
I like the new guzzi if I could afford it I would buy one tomorrow well done to guzzi 👏👏👏👏.
Another comprehensive, well executed review. Thank you. Awaiting delivery of a new S model in the U.S. Ich liebe Deutschland!

Think I want one. Had 71 Ambassador, 73 Eldorado, 75 T3, 79 GS 1000, 84 LeMans, 91 1000S, 93 1000S, 93 Daytona, 2000 V11 Sport. Loved them all!
How did you rate the MG dealers in terms of service and parts availability?
It's gorgeous. The engine design says it's a mean bastard because the v shape looks like a viper but then everyone says it just purrs and builds up
Recently did a test ride on the S, and I absolutely loved it. It does take a little while for the magic to work, but I found it great in the city (Paris), brilliant on the motorway and very flickable on the few bends I encountered

Worth the extra money for the classy badge, finish, less depreciation and an iconic make.

I test rode a sport 1100i when they first came out, but didn’t buy it. What an amazing machine. I’m looking forward to the off-road or more upright version of this bike coming soon. I’ll take the first one that lands on U.S. soil
Great rieview and GREAT looking bike! I have a V7 III Special that I love but I think I need a white V100 to go with it.........Thanks
It's always a problem when "falling in love" but who cares at that point???
take care & don't be afraid to fall, you'll find your ground eventually,
Scott
Absolutely fantastic moto!
Congrats on returning from hibernation.
glad you said this otherwise i was waiting for new video to say it 😀
Nice bike Scott, thanks for the review. Shaft drive too 🤓👍🏻😎🏍💨💨💨💨💨👍🏻🇨🇦🍻
Great review as always.
Unfortunately that pretty much sums up what bmw is nowadays, disappointing..
I agree I've owned many BMW / 2/ 5 also / 6 and I refuse to own another new one I've had nothing but problems with my 1150gs
Did you get the RT fixed? I saw in a 1250GS video an identical issue and it was solved with a heavier duty battery.
Hey buddy thanks for your review what can I say Top Notch as always
Jiri Brisbane
What happened to the front mud guard . Not going to stop bike being covered in muck.
Beautiful input for the on/off touring category. I like where moto guzzi is heading with their designs, cause let's face it, v7 and v9 were a bit dull and traditional on the outside with the exception of some special trims like the v7 cr that was a bit over the top.
Welcome back....
Good job ..l am likeing it i am ..looks good it does..love it ..
Thank you great video
Same old 5 speed clunky box - worst in the industry!
Brillanti et magnifico moto.
I have a V100 S on order. Apparently it should have been delivered in November... Oh well, I'm not in a rush, I will enjoy it when it arrives.
Sorry, you have miss-understood. This bike does NOT have a QS. So in order to shift without a clutch, you must do it this way.
Take care,
Scott
@@NothingToProve Oooops!! My bad, sorry. Indeed you did very clearly state that this was the basic bike. Just realised that I wasn't subscribed to your channel, thought I was - I am now😀. Keep up the great work with your really informative reviews. Also like when you do touring vlogs. Best regards from Valencia, Spain. John✌
Very interesting and full of information brilliant
Welcome home on the Sauerland-streets, Scott. Great review about a 18:55 good-looking Italian guy (or is it a lady there?). The quality impression seems good, let‘s hope that the MG doesn‘t have to stay too often at the motor-doctor as other Italians
LOL, a blond Italian lady...hmm... LOL!
Hi Marcel, hope all is well with you and you are staying warm this winter and soon spring will be here! Then the season starts!!!
take care,
Scott
@@NothingToProve Everybody is ok, the first kilometers are done, season is coming. How does the bike feel in South Tirol?
Excellent video, as you have always privileged us!
Didn’t catch if you said anything about the aerodynamics and the wind protection of the electric fairing on this Mandello Moto Guzzi bike. Have watched the part where you talk and test the winglets located on the sides of the gas tank, but didn’t catch what was your opinion about the wind protection that you get riding this bike.
I went for the BMW S 1000 XR pack M, that is considerably different, with an incline more over the sport side than the touring thing, but after this review video, my appetite to try it has been turned on to the awakened mode !😄
Sorry, that got cut out, but basically there is no wind protection for the helmet. Some for the chest but that's about it.
take care,
Scott
@@NothingToProve thanks Scott 👍🏻
Hi Scott-
this question is off subject, but have you heard anything about the 2023 Tracer 9 GT+? For some reason Yamaha stated its not coming to the states in 2023? Sounds like they've fixed alot if not all of the common complaints of the current model.
Looking forward to spring!
Well, all OEMs are having problems delivering what they said they'd deliver since the "shipping container" problems started a few years ago, especially when containers are coming from Asia to the west (And of course COVID). So if and when is all "hush hush" so to speak or they just say "it's coming!" BUT they don't say when 😢
But the GT+ costs 2k more than the GT and all you are getting for that 2k is a 7"TFT, ACC & a first for Yamaha - linked braking system - but Honda has been doing that for over 2 decades, so why it took Yamaha over 20 years to do it is beyond me.
So of course I'll be on one as soon as one becomes available but with just 3 new things to look at...hmm...all for 2k more...I probably won't be very positive about it.
take care,
Scott
In metallic white it looks awesome!!! Pity they put black plastic in the middle of the tank imo.
Very nice video as always😎
Only pity is that you have said very few words on the adaptive aerodynamics and the windshield and how do they change the wind against the driver that for a touring bike could be very interesting but maybe now you are too used to your RT 😜
Great bike🤩
My brother, I am a subscriber and have really enjoyed so much of what you bring to my life as a motorcyclist. Thank you! Question, you have a set of riding jeans that I absolutely love. Would you mind sharing the brand, model etc. for the rest of us? Much appreciated!
Thank you. Those are the Trilobite Agnox jeans, great for spring & fall weather. Hot summer...no, then you'll see me wearing the lighter Trilobite Parado jeans.
take care,
Scott
Hey man thanks for the chart. My only note would be rather than listing every model generation maybe just "updated" so you know how long in the tooth the current model is.
Nice review... have owned first gen Le Mans...beautiful brute! Am looking for my next ST, so Mandello very tempting and hope you test S version and highlight upgrades, esp QS. Any future review of Suzuki ST entry, S1000GT? Would like your comparison take on the newest ST's. currently
Thank you! I've been trying to get my hands on both of those bikes but there are so few of them arriving on the European continent that they are all sold out and no "demo" bikes that I can barrow :(
Excellent review....on a scale of 1 to 10, how desirable do you find this bike, and would you say character/soul is it's selling point?
I think this is a little bit closer to the Stelvio than the Griso. Same motor, but the Stelvio was more upright adventure-touring style, and had more of a fairing like the Mandello.
Interesting bike, thanks for the video. But: don’t close the throttle when upshifting with a quickshifter.
This bike did not have a QS.
Really like the looks. It's not a bike I'd consider as it's very expensive and too heavy for my liking.
I can totally get behind how Moto Guzzi made this a special "first" 21th century bike. I hope they sell good.
you like this over your bmw 900 ?
Ok, now I need Guzzi to put that new engine on a classic looking bike like a new v7
Like the review. Where have you been? 19:09
How would compare this V-Twin with other V-twins such as Harley-Davison or KTM
Very interesting! Why do you momentarily roll off the gas when you use the quickshifter? Is this some technique I don't know about?
Yes, that would be interesting if this bike had a QS.
@@NothingToProve Damn, I didn't realize the base model doesn't have it. That's another aspect that would steer me towards the S version!
another comment sorry. I’m really curious as to how it stack up vs the R1250RS, which i’ve always liked too. I’ll find out soon!
(143 Nm vs. 105 Nm)
take care,
Scott
@@NothingToProve thx for taking the time to reply Scott.
To me, if I already had a V85, I'd probably keep it but I reeeeeeealy love the looks of this, so I might switch based on looks...the heart wants what the heart wants!
take care,
Scott
Those have got to be the first automatic spoilers in motorcycle history. Only on cars have I seen that before. I wonder if MG has the patent or will other manufacturers now follow suit?
