For people who don't want to use milk powder and want only the taste of pure curd: Buy earthen clayware (Good kind. Make sure no lead or cement is mixed in it) and then set the curd in it. You will get EXCELLENT curd. It's also very healthy. You actually don't need milk powder if you have well-seasoned clayware. We have it at home and it makes a very thick curd. So thick you need a spoon to eat it. We also use full fat milk.
The final heath advice are true , if you eat curd, you will never get any abdominal complaints also every nutrients which you eat will get easily observed in intestine with help of bacterias.

HAPPY PONGAL SIR! I usually don't buy advertised products (Like the mantra oil you feature) but the Parry' sugar caught my eye during your paal paniyaram recipe. It cost me 50rs BUT TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE. I find the smell and taste delicious! The first time I tried it (It was diff brand) I disliked it a lot. It smelled musty and very molasses-like. But Parry's one smells and tastes very nice! I am going to try more recipes with this rather than the white sugar! Also my mother said Naatu Sarkarai (Brown sugar) is 100 times more healthy than white sugar.
