    Thank you for sharing this recipe. I used to prepare this payasam in 2000. Over the years lost the recipe and the new ones on the internet like you said didn't do justice to the original recipe. Thank you once again Chef!

    Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. First time I had in Windsor Manor at Bangalore . I searched for the recipe, some of them also used tender coconut water in the payasam. But this is awesome. Its really divine. I have tried many of your recipes , which my Family members loves them.The latest I tried was Pongal. My Parents, Brother and my colleagues at office loved it. Thank you once again.

    Hi sir feel very pleased and blessed to hear from you this recipe sir. It means alot to me. My husband is very fond of your cooking Whatever I try to cook newly I really follow your recipe that idly podi awesome.     I tried it... I came lovely... As sir said.... The filtering process takes the payasam's taste feel amazing ..i have one more doubt sir... Can I use Tender coconut water to grind the coconut & take as coconut milk... Will this method change the taste of the dish in anyway????

    Being a mute spectator since your first episode and after trying so many recipes of yours, I definitely thought I should express my gratitude as a comment sir. I have always admired the way you cook and the way the dish comes out. But when I started trying out the dishes as you had instructed I was surprised to see the output of it. The proportion is absolutely true to the recipes. Hats off to your generosity for sharing these wonderful recipes sir🫡🫡. I’m particularly posting my comments in this recipe, cuz we tried this four times at home and everybody in our family has become a fan of this delicacy. Also we tried the same dish in many other famous restaurants and marriage feasts, but nothing could match atleast 50% of this dish Bhat sir. You’re simply awesome sir👏🏽👏🏽. We love you so much 😍😍

    we used to make this with elaneer itself instead of milk and condensed milk ... procedure is just grind that vazhukkai in mixie and get a paste and add elaneer pinch of elakkai and add chopped elanner at the last and serve cold ...
