I've been looking at few lesson to play this song on youtube, and they are good, but yours is better for me. I could never get it sounding right on the first A7, but your simple explanation (twice on the bass, twice picking, twice on the bass again) and I nailed it. Still learning learning the solo and outro, but thanks to your great tutorial, I think I might there, many thanks!
Eric Clapton is an avowed and vocal racist and anti-immigrant bigot. I don't understand why he gets a pass. He is human garbage, even if he plays well.
Thanks for your video. Particularly for the solo. Saves a lot of time from trying to learn it by ear. When I watch your fingers, it all comes much quicker! Cheers!
@@SixStringFingerpicking You're most welcome. And mainly...thank you. The lesson was laid out in perfectly clear detail. And while it's above my ability level, at least it will make me better for whatever I can master from it, and who knows...maybe one day I'll be able to nail it.
Thanks so much for this Chris. Missed it first time around but your handy list in the email today helped me find it. Going to give it a go. Nicely explained 👌🏼
Thanks a ton for this lesson, amazing song choice! It would be awsome if you could do last steam engine train or the fisherman, by leo kottke. Have a great day!

That music is a composer of decade of 20's in XX Century
Great job in this lesson, this song never gets old. Can you please do Song for Irene by Eric Johnson?
Thanks Nick, I was going to start learning Song for George to teach here. I may well do Song for Irene too at some point.
Love your videos! (Although i probably can’t play most of that yet)
Could you maybe do Sunset by The Lowe Bros as fingerstyle?
Thanks, really pleased you like them. I don't know that song but I'll check it out. Can't make any promises as I get a lot of requests.

Quick note; I think for a G7 chord you want to be pressing the 2nd fret on the A string, not the 1st fret. Great video :)
Can you Clapton’s alberta
Its a Jimmy Cox
Are you playing a Martin OM-18GE?
It's a 000Sinker
Came here from the 4 acoustic beats video
Keep up the great work brorher😀
Thanks man, pleased you like my stuff
How us this an 8 bar blues? Also, the chords are not really all that simple as you say.
Then practice until the chords are as simple as he says
Justin Townes Earle did a great cover of this song....
