高筋粉 250g
糖 20g
鹽 2g
酵母 3g
牛奶+溫水 共175g(各一半)
牛油 20g
材料全部混合(牛油除外)
靜置30分鐘
麵團成團後
加入牛油
待第一次發酵(約1小時)
取出排氣
分等份滾圓
麵團休息15分鐘
造型
放入模具
待第二次發酵(約1小時)
焗爐預熱180度 焗25分鐘
放涼後切片
塗上蒜蓉牛油
再放回焗爐
以180度焗10分鐘
Recipes and methods:
Bread flour 250g
sugar 20g
salt 2g
Yeast 3g
Milk + warm water 175g in total (half each)
Butter 20g
Mix all ingredients (except butter)
Let it sit for 30 minutes
After the dough is formed into a ball
Add butter
Wait for the first fermentation (about 1 hour)
Take out the exhaust
Divide into equal parts and round
Rest the dough for 15 minutes

Put into mold
Wait for the second fermentation (about 1 hour)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes
Cool and slice into slices
Apply garlic butter
Put it back in the oven
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
