Delivery of the A.R.E. DCU shell on our Silverado HD

It's finally here, after almost 4 months waiting - the A.R.E. DCU shell for our 2022 Silverado HD (standard bed). Keri and Bob drop the truck off at the shop in Tucson for the install and grab some lunch at Street Taco while the guys at AZ Truck Outfitters do their thing.
We purchased the DCU for its good looks, tall stance and the ability to customize the inside far better than we could if it were a fiberglass shell.
This is the first step in getting "Black Betty" on the road to trucklife adventure!! We'll be taking her on the road to Padre Island, the beach and many National Parks this year, so check it out!!

Interesting, just finished your Padre Island video, curious about the TENT /CAB setup? I currently use a Napier Sport Truck tent setup, but looking to change.

We are using the Rightline SUV tent. Not really tall enough, but ill use it till it breaks!
