so smug and glib .. so easy to say these cliched words when you have not been through real suffering - trauma that tears your soul apart or lasts lifelong ... kindness is what makes us human, better and wise .. struggles and challenges are good for us, sure ... not suffering, it destroys your heart, soul and worst - your faith

When i remember the line " It is not about how painful is our life, it is about how we respond to those painful situation. " , it changes my mind completely.
Yes how we respond to it is very imp but if a situation is like you cannot change the situation or a narcissistic person, you need to escape from such kind of people, just run away cos you cant change thier negative energy or their toxic nature they pain you and laugh in back so to avoid such mentality ones in a family or your partner just because you need peace Rather than attached to someone who doesn't value your worth and see for a better life partner living with toxic people is dangerous and your life could be harmed and damaged so hardly that you could never get back to same person happy as before marriage so to get rid of such situations and free ourselves from unwanted miseries and pull ourselves out of such conditions we should be brave enough to take decision's at such hard times and come out as soon as possible before it is too late..... 👍🙏😄

Suffering comes as part of life, but every life is a fleeting moment in the infinite. Our suffering is ultimately minimal, we only think it's far greater than it is due to our perspective on life to begin with.
No. Every life is not fleeting. When we let go of our ideas and concepts, we can use them.

Our perspective is all that we have. That fleeting moment that we are, that is everything to our lives. 75 years is short compared to the billions the Universe has been around, sure. But it's much longer than the 24 hours a housefly lives. And much, much longer than the average lifetime of a muon.
Just as you say about persepctive, one could well say that much happens in these 75 or so years each of us has. So much, in fact, you might well say those 75 years are an infinite expanse of time, during which the entire happenings of a Universe occur.
So our suffering is minimal because we can’t comprehend the immense suffering in totality?

In life one has to aim to be smart than to be good, there is no such thing as good! This very video proves it, ifyou give away your wealth to people who deceive you, you aren't smarter than them and you end up in suffering. Nobody knows whether we have another life....we need to live this one to the fullest. Yes you're Right we should be happy at all hard times in life we should be reborn as an example of those tamarind leaves given by lord buddha to the man who had sufferings in life and we must be reborn again and again and not dwell in pain and suffering and continue our journey without worrying of past incidents which makes us bitter and painful instead we should be brave to face the challenges and rise up like a sun after each darkness 😄👍🙏

Very sweet story
I think the point is that no matter how many times you walk through life, you will always end up making mistakes and end up bound to this world. There is no reincarnation. If that were so we'd be stuck in the endless loop the Buddha describes. Only accepting Jesus Christ in our hearts and following and loving God can free us from the tethers of this world.

Our minds have been set for us by others who raised us up to the age of seven. That is why it is called mindset. Most humans go through life with this setup. Those who had their minds set up with loving care are the most fortunate for they will rarely, if ever try to change anything as their lives will be relatively happy and there are not that many who are in this category. The vast majority of humanity are a suffering lot and of these only a small minority look inside and try to change what has been set up for them. The rest just try to fix the externals like trying to earn more and more wealth, getting more power, begging for love, getting into drugs, blaming others for everything, climbing mountains, etc to dispel the accompanying feeling of pain or discomfort that never leaves us.....

Did you see him in heaven? Heaven is not straight after death. But after judgement day. All humans have to stand before the Creator to give an account of how we spent our life here on earth? Every soul have to pass the exams of life and will be rewarded after God will judge all. For now Buddha was sleeping in the Hedes where death people rested.
